We would disappointed to lose you as a customer." We also show that on May 20, 2017 1:43 PM UTC you canceled your service thru the web site. You then updated your account with a new credit card on continuation of your account May 28, 2017 2:25 PM UTC. There was a credit on your account that covered almost half of current billing. This is why you currently are being charged for your current service. Your account is past due for $11.25.
