I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, although it does not completely rectify my account due to the penalties that accrued with the overdraft. Those penalties would be taken care of with another $20 and that would make me more willing to consider SlingTV in the future.  I will accept whatever you offer, however, and will certainly tell others of your response and actions if asked.

Hello [redacted],We have received our response to our answer to your recent Revdex.com complaint regarding your Sling TV service. On November 18, 2017 at 3:15 PM EST you created a 7 day free trial. You contacted Sling TV by telephone and spoke with an agent on November 18, 2017 at 4:15 PM EST and requested the 2 month prepaid bundle offer with a free device. The 2 month prepaid bundle offer you selected was with the [redacted] Streaming Stick. The [redacted] Streaming Stick has shipped to the address you provide. All services within that 2 month prepaid bundle offer must be paid for that 2 month prepaid period of time.  On January 18, 2018 your account will roll to a monthly prepaid service and your services will be charged monthly.Regards, [redacted]
