Hello [redacted], We received your reply to our response to your recent Revdex.com complaint regarding your Sling TV service. You did not select the 7-day free trial but the two month prepay promotion with the free [redacted] TV Stick. We try our best and disclose on every page what offer you are getting.  In the offer you signed up for, it stated “today’s total next to the dollar amount you were charged. We can confirm that your account is cancelled as of January 8, 2018 and you will be able to use the service for the full two months until March 6, 2018 and you will keep the free [redacted] TV Stick. I am rejecting this response because:I called in January to cancel the account.  I did not receive an email from Sling about the cancellation but was unaware that I should be looking for an email.  My young son clicked on the Sling app once in April only to realize it wasn't the app he was looking for (seconds).  That was the only use we have had of this service since being billed.
