For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have received hour fitness voicemail in regards to this matter, they were unable to find my original contract since November 2015, therefor there is no reason to return their phone call since it is no added value to plead my case. This is unacceptable and should not give hour fitness a right to increase my annual dues. My original contract does not state fees will increase. I have paid the lifetime membership deal where it should not increase. So if corporate does state they can raise the dues, show me on my original contract?? There is no way corporate can show proof but modifying a new contract with new guidelines on fees. Which I find non acceptable, Go back to my original annual payment or give me all super sport access since I am paying more these days]Regards,*** *** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received one email and two phone calls the first phone call I was able to answer and speak to a person in a different state that offered to give me half my money backOnly half of the money they stole from me after I asked for my membership to be closed.
I asked what are they doing to make sure this isn't happening to other people she couldn't answer.
I would like hour to do what is write and propose a way to keep this from happening to others.
