I was not told by the representative that fragile items were not covered On the contrary I was told everything was covered and not to worry about it the insurance will cover any broken items. The representative also told me he was sending a check for the broken and damaged items. There was no check ever sent. I will take this matter to small claims court. I have all the text messages saying that I am getting a check and never received one.
