*** *** After months of the hour fitness national office not dealing with the horrific customer service they finally only after I filed this Revdex.com complaint and *** was assigned from socialfit side a customer response team member in California who promised five times to send me an email apology and compensation and more further assured to follow in writing whoch never happenedanother let down by the national side this never happenedlate last friday in late afternoon *** *** called and he said he was a brand new regional manager for my area in Frisco region and also promised to send me an email with itemizing the apology, assuring me my account was fine and also that of my wife, promising compensation, and more and that he had a telephone meeting with someone in national named *** *** or something like that and that by Monday I would have my email apology and further as I mentioned and this NEVER happenedThere has been no solution and hour fitnness has done nothing but dragg their feet and say and promise and then do nothing for many months including recently causing me wasted time, lost work compensation by spending hours on this, added stress and terrible feelings about the lack of integrityI wish to press this complaint on and am looking into contacting your California Att gen but the fact that you were told it was resolved shows how dishonest they are

Pursuant to your membership agreement with Hour Fitness, your membership is eligible for an annual renewal increase after the first 12- month renewal term immediately following the initial prepaid termPlease note that this increase was not a decision which we took lightlyHowever, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club experienceOur records indicate that, per your conversation with the local Club Manager on 3/11/16, they have addressed your feedback related to the local club and are working to address any outstanding items at club level.
In closing, we appreciate your feedback but we are unable to comply with your request to reduce your annual renewalHowever, we do believe that even with the increase, you are still getting a great value at a highly competitive rate.

Even if we could talkTalking to me is not going to fix the many problems at hour fitness sports santa monica and beverly hills I mentioned, including saunas often not working for days and weeks when membersare paying to use these facilities and really want them to be in full working order and cleaned all the time when the clubs are open!
