Pursuant to your membership agreement with Hour Fitness, your membership is eligible for an annual renewal increase after the first 12- month renewal term immediately following the initial prepaid termPlease note that this increase was not a decision which we took lightlyHowever, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club experience.
We are unable to comply with your request to reduce your annual renewalHowever, we do believe that even with the increase, you are still getting a great value at a highly competitive rate.

To Whom It May Concern, I filed this complaint with Revdex.com on 11/09/2015, assigned ID is *** I signed a membership contract on 03/12/for the annual renewal fee should be $a year($to be debited per month from my checking account), but the fee keeps on increasing every year which is now $a year since 10/
My member number is ** *** After filing with Revdex.com, on 12/08/** *** *** called me and confirmed that my membership fee should not be increasing according my contractShe would refund me for the fee which has been overcharging up to November I should see my correct membership fee showing $per month from Dec and onShe also gave me her direct phone number to call her if my membership fee would not be correctly debitedI did receive a check for the overcharge a week later, but Hour Fitness continues charging my account for $instead of $per monthI keeps on calling the phone number *** *** ***, which she gave to me, / times every week to let her know that I am still being charged for the incorrect amountYou don't believe that *** *** never answered her phoneI had to leave several messages, but there is no adjustment made to change my fee back to $
Desired Resolution: Billing AdjustmentDesired Outcome: The next EFT will be on 04/15/I would like to ask *** to change my next debit amount to be $from April and on, as what I signed for, and she promised to adjust it for me on 12/08/

Dear Revdex.com;This customer signed the moving contract before the move began According to the signed moving contract it states that the insurance will not cover items packed by the customer unless the boxes are inspected by a member of our team"The Insurance States that they
are not responsible for any fragile articles injured or broken unless packed by our employees." As far as the estimate goes the move in to storage went over the estimate by one hour The move out of storage was an hour under the estimateThis estimate is well within a reasonable time frameIn regards to the check being in the mail, all customers are told it take 3-weeks to process a claim.Thank you;James R***First Class Moving & Storage
