I have spoken with hour fitness, and they explained that they increased our rates because it is within the fine print of the contract that they can do so, however, this is not an acceptable answer to me, especially as the contracted rate was only honored for years As sold to us, there was no mention that our rates could or would go up, rather that our rates were locked in as long as we remained members Given that they have increased our rates, an increase of 50% for my wife and 33% for me seems excessive.Additionally, I would have liked a commitment to not continue with deceptive marketing practices, though I don't know if they are continuing to do so
