For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response said that my issue has been resolved by the branch manager The manager did call me and said I would get prorated refund for the remaining months on my contract effective 10/28/ However weeks have passed, I still haven't received the refund Therefore I can't accept that my issue is resolved.
