For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received ONE call/voicemail from ***, the manager at the *** Super Sport (the day before I received the Revdex.com email)? He did not leave a number to call back? I called the next day (getting the number off the internet)? When I spoke to him he said he was not calling regarding the Revdex.com complaint? He said he was "just calling to check in"? He asked if I tried the gym and if I've decided to pay to upgrade my membership?
I told him I am not interested in paying for an upgrade when I know my brother-in-law and sister were able to upgrade for free? I told him I want my money back for this year's membership (since ? I have not been able to use the ? gym with my sister and brother-in-law, whom I always work out with)? (My membership payment was due the beginning of January, after this dispute began.)He said he didn't think he could do anything about that but he would look into it? He said he would call me back, possibly that night, with information or an update? That was two days ago and I still have not heard back.?
I spoke to *** before this interaction (a few weeks before)He told me that he could do nothing to help me? I've been told from two different customer service representatives that the club manager could grant me access? *** has said several times that is it not trueBasically customer service points their finger to the club and the club points the finger at customer service? No one will take responsibility and both parties claim they cannot do anything but the other facet of the company can? I have no confidence that anyone at Hour Fitness cares that I have been a member for over years and have been treated unfairly? I also have no confidence that they will do anything to remedy the situation.?

The business has not kept its word to me nor upheld the promises that it made? to me when it induced me to join, in particularly that I would pay the high, upfront fee that I paid in order obtain a low (approximately $40), annual fixed renewal feeIn particularly, this year it increased its renewal fee to $(more than double the amount stated when I joined) and appears to have canceled my membership when I complained about the increased rate

regarding Hour Fitness and their continued charging for my step-son's cancelled membership?
After contacting the Revdex.com, a representative of Hour Fitness reached out to me? *** listened to my story, reviewed the history, and determined that my complaint was legitimate? She then refunded the over-payment back to my credit card?
She was courteous, respectful, and professional in all of her interactions and correspondence regarding the resolution of this issue.?
Without the help of the Revdex.com I would still be telling my story to potential Hour customers - now I have a very different story to tell
