She advised me she could not offer me a grandfather membership t the one club and that I should take my issue up with the customer service representative who made me the offer.? When I told her I asked if I could speak with him or his supervisor I was told that was not possible.? The customer service representative even said there was no one higher in the corporate office I could speak with.? I wrote this to the Revdex.com is my last response and hour fitness is just giving me and the Revdex.com a runaround.Regards,*** ***

I tried to call backNot only did this person not leave their last name so I could look her up or extension number in my message and I got so frustrated that I never was connected to herI left someone a messageI honestly don't want hour fitness to contact me AT ALLI have nothing to say to those THIEVESThey are maliciousChainring their name even AFTER my bank *** ** *** refunded me multiple times and BLOCKED them from my accountThey then CHANGED THEIR NAME? I'm doneMy bank protected meI just want the Revdex.com to know what this establishment is doing and I can get the Manager of my banks number if you'd like to speak with them about this matterThey are who told me that I should contact The Revdex.comThey will not let any changes now from anywhere go through on my account anymore now anywaysI really hope that they get fined or worseMy bank told me his is VERY common from them! It's NOT rightmonths later to be harassed like this!?

I returned the call to *** who was the representative who left a messageHe did not seem aware of the details or the history of the incidentI told him that the one sentence report provided to me was not sufficient or accurate.? *** said he did not see the report and was not familiar with the incident.? *** said he would review some things and get back with meI still do not have a accurate written report of what happened when my daughter was hurt at their facilitiesI also do not have any explanation on why I was not successfully contacted after she was hurt
