Never received my money or an apology for the horrible and unacceptable treatment I received after years of membership.So, noIt has not been solved

Dear Sir / Madam, We filed a Revdex.com complaint in January about hour fitness life time contract that was not honoredWe paid up front for a life time membership that was later increased without any notification and contradicted the initial promiseThere was no real resolution to the complaintNow, we have been informed that a class action was filed with hour fitness and there is a settlement to honor the initial life time agreementThis was also reported in local bay area media and the district attorney in Orange County and Bay areaThe membership increase to my wife, Daughter and I should be reverted to the initial agreementThank you ***The membership increase to my wife, Daughter and I should be reverted to the initial agreementA credit to previous yearly membership payments should be provided
