I filed a complaint recently against Hour Fitness with your office - For whatever reasons the emails went into my junk folder and when I clicked through the the portal it didn’t allow me to respond to the complaint further since it has been closed already by the time I checked my Spam folder.? On Friday, a gym representative called me in order to inform me that the gym can refund me for around $out of $that I paid by their mistakeI remind them that they used my credit card without my permission and it is their mistake for overcharging meI also remind them that it does not make any sense to try to negotiate with me and give me only 25% of what I truly deserveIf I do not receive full refund, I will take legal action

After sending a separate letter via Certified Mail, The club contacted me directly and offered free months, but no guarantee that my dues will go back down by next yearI accepted the months free dues
