For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business agent and I determined that we had a difference of opinion on the business's ability to raise rates higher than 3% per year? The agent I spoke to said that she couldn't do anything about it.I disagreed with their ability to raise rates at greater than 3% per annum, ? Given her contention that they couldn't do anything about it, there was not much left to continue talking to her about.That is where we left it, but I didn't believe that we had "resolved" my complaint when our call ended

I do not accept that the fee can be increase at any time for any amount? My co-workers who has the same deal as I did still have the same fee amount of $49/yr? In fact a friend who I signed up and has a better deal ($29/yr) and he pays $15/month for super sports club access, does not have an increase in his annual fee.]
