For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowweeks after hours fitness promised me the refund, I still can't get it?
First, I was told I'll receive a check in about days? It didn't show up and nobody ever contacted me? I had to call the branch manager again, then was told that the refund was issued to ***? I just need to go to ***? But *** people acted like knowing nothing about it?
So, for the last several days, I've been on the phone with *** and hours fitness many times? Everyone says I'll get a refund, a prorated amount, an estimated %, even the exact days remaining on my contract, but somehow no one knows the actual dollar amount? It's just a simple math an elementary school student can do? What's the problem? ? Isn't it already "issued" to ***?
I don't see any good faith here? After going through so much trouble, I still can't get the refund.?

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes I spoke with the manager and asked him to look at the security footage or talk to the management on duty of the last date I was in the ? facility after that I was told it's all new employees and there is no security footageI apologize by all means if hour as a whole did not received my notice to cancel but I did do my duty and tell the manager and front desk I wanted to cancel my membership due to people shooting up steroids in the changing room and not wanting to place my self in that environment
I trusted hour and didn't even think about it until my card might have been jeopardized at holiday season so I looked to make sure there is no fraudulent charges after being contacted by my bank and I noticed this hour fitness still charging meSo I immediately contacted hour fitnessI was offered half of a refundThat is not acceptable I want A full refundIf not I will be forced to pursue other legal actions.Regards,*** ***

After reviving the Revdex.com complaint, a rep called me to justify their position, but made no concessions or attempt to rectify the situation? The only thing that was offered was an explanation that they could change their rates any time they want.?

YOUR RECORDS SHOULD ALSO LET YOU KNOW THAT ON 11- 4, I WAS MISTREATED, ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES FOR NO REASON, (WELL, YES, I ASKED TO HAVE A TV CHANNEL CHANGED AND RECEIVED A REFUSAL AND A "DO IT YOURSELF" RESPONSE.) HAVE THE POLICE CALLED THE POLICE AND WAS THREATENED, BY AN OPMANAGER WHO REEKED OF ALCOHOL AND THEN, AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS, DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM YOUR REGMANAGER SAYING SORRY BUT, WE ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT ITI CLEARLY HAD NO CHOICEHE WAS THE ONE WHO CANCELLED, BY MY REQUEST, AND HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN, AND LET ME KNOW, THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED ANYWAYIT'S BEEN THREE MONTHS OF LIE, AFTER LIEI JUST RECEIVED THE REFUND CHECKYOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE SUCH A POORLY RUN BUSINESS, WITH SUCH UNQUALIFIED, RUDE EMPLOYEES
