However, there are no actual issues with this furniture and all issues are a matter of customer preference.Manufacturer standards means that the item is as advertised intended per the manufacturer description as provided by the manufacturer and listed on our website.It also means the item is free of any defects or damages caused by the delivery company during delivery.Coleman Furniture, as an online retailer does not have any warehouses.? We work with multiple delivery partners across the country and contract local deliveries to our customers through them.Coleman Furniture has addressed all issues that the customers items were delivered with, however we can not continue to address additional issues that the customer finds as these were not noted or present at time of delivery? The customers items are leather, and as such will have all the characteristics associated with it, such as wrinkles.? As leather is made from animal hide and not a manufactured product there will always be slight variations in the texture of each separate piece as different hides are used.? However, all dye lots are identical and items are the same color/ polishing match.Coleman Furniture already refunded the customer $for the compensation for the issues the customer had and as as gesture of good will and in an effort to resolve the issue for the customer we would refund an additional $75.00.? However, as the item is at 100% manufacturer standards and there are no additional repairs or restorations to address we would not alter the item from how the manufacturer intended.? ? [redacted] Coleman Furniture is working diligently to get this order fulfilled and delivered to the customer As we advised the customer their table did not pass inspection and we needed to order a part from the manufacturer to restore the item The part has shipped from the manufacturer and will be at the local delivery company shortly The item will them be scheduled to the customer Once the delivery is completed we will reimburse the customer $as compensation for the delay

In the product description on our website at? [redacted] you can see the description of the item as Cream/Distressed Non White finish.? In the fluorescent studio lightning that the item is photographed in the item does have a white look to it.? Which is why we ensure that the we identify the fact that it is non white in our description.We explained this to the customer during the delivery process and customer wanted to return the item.? As per our terms and conditions that the customers agree to when they place their order there is a cancellation fee.? Part of that fee does include shipping and is clearly outlined in the terms and conditions that customers agree to when they place their order.? [redacted] Coleman Furniture realizes the customer is frustrated, however we stand behind our warranty program The customer originally contacted us August **, which is a year and a half after the delivery of their item and indicated to us that the mattress was experiencing issues As the mattress was covered under the warranty program we sent the customer warranty instructions and a form to fill out and return The customer returned the completed form to us which indicates that if an item is covered under warranty and warrants replacement the customer is responsible for shipping costs On August **, we advised the customer that we would need the shipping costs paid before we could order the item At that time the customer advised he did not want to proceed We have had no information regarding the other issues the customer has identified We will honor the warranty for the mattress once the customer pays the shipping costs.Sharon M [redacted] Coleman Furniture

The two depictions on the website of the Weathered Nutmeg and the Vintage melange appear? to be identical? Hence, this led to the telephone call to the sales department at Coleman's to assist in determining the accurate color?
