You may have it in March due to when that's finally they decided to replace the whole sofa instead of sending more parts and trying to fix itI have missed unnecessary days of work, each one was? due to a mistake of? Coleman and one? of the delivery companyThe first one the delivery company cancelled on me after waiting on them for hrsThe second day,? Coleman sent the repair part to fix the sofa to? some random address? I never provided and didn't notice? till the tech? got to? our home and asked if we had the repair part? in which? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My complaint has NOT been resolved because I was deceitfully advised by Coleman Furniture While Coleman Furniture has responded by simply stating that they stand behind their policies, I have been charged a restocking fee after Coleman Furniture deceitfully advised me that they would deliver the item I ordered in 4-weeks Coleman Furniture did not deliver as they advised I have a transcribed voice mail that Maxine from Coleman Furniture left me on July *, 2016, stating SPECIFICALLY that my item would be delivered in 4-weeks Had she advised on July [redacted] when she left that voicemail that the order would arrive in 8-weeks, which is outside of my time frame before returning to work and school as I explained to both Maxine and Steven during ordering, then I would have had opportunity to cancel the order at time However, I did not cancel the order at that time because I was informed that I would receive the item in 4-weeks, which would have been the first or second week of August within my scheduled time frame When I talked with Coleman Furniture the second week in August, I was advised that the delivery company would call me at the end of August to schedule delivery The delivery company left me a message stating that they did not know when they would have a truck coming to my area This entire process has been deceptive Coleman Furniture deceitfully advised me and their delivery company was vague as well, neither of which is good business in any form In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] ,? Customer received delivery of his items and the lock for the curio was defective.? At the time of delivery the lock was returned to the local warehouse and we reached out to the manufacturer to receive a replacement lock.? The lock was received and a certified technician was dispatched to the customers home to install the lock.? Unfortunately the door the lock attaches to has a manufacturer defect and the lock was not able to be installed.? We have reached out to the manufacturer and are at this time waiting on information from the customer to enable us to resolve this problem.? During delivery the customer also indicated that the reclining function on the power sofa was not functioning properly and a reclining mechanism and power motor was ordered for the customer.? The customer was advised that the once the part was received a certified tech would be sent to completely restore the item to 100%? Coleman Furniture has been in constant contact with customer including as recently as? 6/*/16? and customer has indicated his willingness for us to resolve the issue as we have outlined.? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I, again, must disagree that the issues I am referring to are considered a customer preference and not poor company standards that the sofa was assembled with such disregard for manufacturing a quality piece of furniture Pictures do not really do the looks of the sofa justice It would have been nice to find that Ashley would stand behind their product and at the very least have sent someone out to look at the furniture to confirm that, when assembled, it was done improperly Which is evident in the tilting seat backs and staples sticking out My biggest regret with this furniture is that I did not see how poorly it was assembled when delivered I had waited for delivery for months - part of which time I was dealing with damages to the furniture before it was even delivered to me that needed to be repaired, so my main concern when delivered was that the damage had been repaired - never thinking that I should check on assembly and tilted seat backs!
