[redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:On 1I saw that the charge was back on my card because the dispute was in the favor of Coleman Furniture because they were working with me to repair the furnitureI contacted Coleman and spoke with Eric on 1he told me that he would have to contact the delivery company to find out what was going on with the furnitureThis was the only communication that I had with the company since 12when the furniture was picked up from my house to be repairedI talked to Melissa on 1and she assured me that the furniture had been repaired to 100% manufacturers specifications and ready to be redeliveredI got the contact information from her to contact the delivery company, on 1I went to the warehouse to inspect the furniture and I found it in a corner barely protected by moving blankets(refer to picture)When the furniture was pulled out I inspected it and nothing had been repaired and the furniture had more marks on it because of improper storage of itI sent Melissa pictures of the damage again, and I let her know that I had given Coleman furniture the opportunity to remedy they issues and after weeks the furniture had not been repaired, that this was unacceptable and I wanted a full refundI have continued the dispute with my bank because Coleman has my money, they have the furniture and did not repair it like agreedOnce again Coleman Furniture has lost contact with me when Melissa told me that the manager, Mendel would follow up with meToday makes it weeks and day that they have had the furniture and I have not heard from anyone at Coleman Furniture since 1at 11:18am when Melissa told me "I spoke with Mendel this morning and he is working with the delivery company on your itemsAs discussed yesterday he said he would contact you mid day" No one has contacted meI want a full refund because I have given them ample time to resolve the issues and they have not ? ? ? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Once again the business has indicated they are allegedly absorbing the cost of the desk even though they have stated in writing which I am attaching that the manufacturer is paying for the desk which was defectiveIn addition the manufacturer is headquartered in California and Coleman is in New YorkThe actual cost of shipping to Coleman which they allege the manufacturer is going to pay (see attached correspondence) would be greater than the cost to ship directly to Wyoming where I resideThe cost they are charging, which they claim is the actual cost, is not reasonableIt is more than 33% of the cost of the deskThe manufacturer should be absorbing any costs for shipping since the item is defectiveThis is standard business practice for most businessesWhy would the consumer be responsible for assuming the costs of replacing a defective item? The more important point to be made here is Coleman's representative is alleging they are absorbing the cost of replacing the desk and that is based upon the attached correspondence from them (P.O.) which indicates the manufacturer has approved replacement of the desk and the manufacturer is paying to send the replacement desk to them (Colman's representatives written correspondence) In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The customers items are ready for delivery - the local delivery company has reached out to the customer and attempted to schedule his delivery.? Unfortunately there was a mistake in shipping and the entirety of the customers order was not shipped.? We have reached out to the manufacturer and the proper remaining item has been shipped to the local delivery company and is en-route.? We have verified with the freight company and the item has an ETA of one and a half weeks.? The customer has been advised and the local delivery company will make this order a priority to have delivered to the customer.? You may have it in March due to when that's finally they decided to replace the whole sofa instead of sending more parts and trying to fix itI have missed unnecessary days of work, each one was due to a mistake of Coleman and one of the delivery companyThe first one the delivery company cancelled on me after waiting on them for hrsThe second day, Coleman sent the repair part to fix the sofa to some random address I never provided and didn't notice till the tech got to our home and asked if we had the repair part in which Coleman didn't even send it to them neither and nothing was doneI would not say you guys waived anything as a courtesy because its taken over a year to complete an orderIm a Contractor and if I made an agreement with a customer and didn't fulfill my job on the time given or stated I would get liquidating damagesColeman has taken TIMES its advertised delivery dates stated, I will pay the dollar fee when I send you and pay my invoice for the days of missed work and backcharges for Coleman incompetence to fulfill an order right and on time In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
