Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: As you can see by the attached documents, the order confirmation sent does not shoe the actual photo of the piece of furniture Is you also see the attached web site advertisement of the two colors of the table, Weathered nutmeg (my initial preference) and Vintage Melange (what I was told by the rep that would be more suitable)there is no difference in the color in the pictures Thus, a consumer is forced to rely on the guidance of the sales representative Additionally, the color of the table in vintage melange is not represented nearly as dark as the color actually isSincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] Coleman Furniture understands the customer is upset and frustrated in regards to their order Due to the nature of Furniture we never promise customers a guaranteed delivery date when placing their orders That being said, the customers order is currently at the local delivery company and is able to be delivered to them The customer has advised they want to cancel their order instead of accepting delivery and as such there would be fees that are associated with the cancellation Coleman Furniture will work with the customer to get their item delivered

[redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am responding to the claim that the third party in this case Coleman AKA Renegade furniture was the receiver of the funds and did not supply the product as orderedThey attempted to reconcile for an inferior product and I did not purchase the product as was delivered and would not accept furniture in different dye lotsWhile conversing with them the delivery men agreed that I should be accepting furniture in new condition of the same dye lot at the same timeThe company refused to understand although I attempted to explainWhile the conversation was taking place the drivers packed up the what was delivered and put it back on their truck.Simply put I paid for a new piece sectional of the same dye lot to be delivered at the same timeNothing more, nothing lessWhy should a consumer be subjected to accept anything other than what was expected? [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I filed an A-Z claim with [redacted] , and at this time, I have been fully reimbursedThe claim that this company tried to reach out to me after they sabotaged the attempts at resolution is completely falseMy attempts to contact this company after December [redacted] were completely ignored, and they even intentionally ignored the [redacted] claims department, which then delayed my claim being processed in a timely mannerI had to reach out to the senior most leadership in the [redacted] Payments department to get this resolved, over hours of my time invested to do so.Coleman did absolutely nothing to address their mistakes, their delays and trying to shove a damaged product on me [redacted] did thatColeman ignored me, refused to offer a discount, or a full refund both of which were only asked for after considerable delay and lies told from this companyMy complaints with them stands, and will stand, until I get an apology for wasting my time, stealing my money, and then promising and implementing a company wide policy based on customer satisfaction and not retaliation (since a third party had to pry a full refund out of their hands.) They offered me a 10% discount on future orders? Fool me once shame on you? Fool me twice shame on me? After my experience with this company I don't understand how they could think a future order would even be an option? I am very disappointed to say the least? I would have to spend another $with a company I have no faith in in order to break even? I will be disputing this with [redacted] once again? This is not fair? They don't hold inventory they are a drop shipper who doesn't stock any items? Why should I pay a restock fee? Further Howard M [redacted] confirmed no order was ever even placed? Which is probably why they refused to give shipping details? Buyers please stay away? Even if you have to pay more you will thank yourself because you will have nothing but regrets and time wasted dealing with this company? I have spent the last months dealing with this and it has been nothing but frustrating? They do not care about customers? Too big to fail? I beg new buyers to please stay away? This company is terrible and should really be reprimanded for the way they treat people? ? ? ? [redacted] Coleman Furniture has been working with this customer to get her the cushions she has requested The customer received delivery of their items in January of and contacted us in February of advising they had issues with their cushions The customer was outside of their warranty and as a courtesy we told the customer we would send them cushions which were sent The customer has since advised they need more cushions We advised that as they are outside their warranty we can attempt to send the items if they are still available However we are unaware of what cushions the customer is in need of.Sharon M [redacted] Coleman Furniture

[redacted] ? Customers order was delivered to him on 4/*/as per his preference.? It was available for delivery earlier however, customer could not make arrangements to accept delivery until that time.? During delivery customers are asked to inspect their items and notate any and all issues found on their delivery receipt.? At that time the item was notated as being wobbly and unstable.? No indication of scratches or imperfections on the desk were noted at that time.? Customer contacted Coleman Furniture a few days after delivery and indicated that scratches had been found at that time on the desk.? A certified technician was being sent to address the issue the customer has advised of the of the desk being unstable and as a courtesy we advised we would have the technician look at the scratches as well since they had not been noted at time of delivery.The technician was sent and was able to tighten the legs of the item and stabilize the item.? The scratches were not able to be corrected.? It was determined that the veneer of the item was liftingThe customer was referred to the warranty program and a replacement table was purchased through the warranty program for the customer.? However, per our terms and conditions that customers agree to when they place their order when an item is replaced via the warranty program the customer is responsible for replacement charges as Coleman Furniture absorbed the charges on the original shipping.?
