[redacted] Coleman Furniture is able to successfully deliver the customers order to them Yes, the customer was refunded as they did in fact refuse delivery We were able to deliver of the items and and the last remaining piece would be delivered to her at her convenience.We attempted multiple times to advise the customer of the ETA for the last remaining item and she would advised us that she had initiated a dispute with her credit card and did not want the order and would not accept delivery.Even though the order was cancelled and the customer refunded minus the cancellation fees as per our terms and conditions we advised we could void her cancellation and deliver her items and customer refused.Sharon M [redacted] Coleman Furniture

It's been much longer than that , I am get no answers from them just the run around and lies.Also , when I purchased the couch , I also purchased the warranty and it cost me $At the time , I have the couch less than weeks , and they are now giving the warranty for FREE with a purchase of over $on their websiteI called them? about this as well , and Ofcourse , they said , " [redacted] "This is simply just wrong ! I have enclosed a picture from their website showing what I am stating.Every reputable company offers a price protection of atleast days of a product you purchase from themEven so , after spending over $with them.? [redacted] Coleman Furniture understands that the customer is upset regarding the delay in having their order delivered We do not guarantee a delivery date for our customers One of the customers item did not pass the initial inspection process before delivery and as such a replacement part was ordered for the customer The customer chose not to wait for the part to arrive and delivery to be scheduled As the customers order could be fulfilled we advised the customer that if they cancelled their order there were fees that are assessed The items are ready for delivery and can be delivered to the customer if she chooses to accept delivery.Sharon M [redacted] Coleman Furniture

Selected hardwood and veneers means that it is a wood product engineered and finished with a veneer.? The item is actually crafted from all wood products.? What the the customer is referring to as MDF board is constructed of all wood products and engineered to withstand temperature and climate changes.? It does not imply that the item is inferior nor does it imply it is not wood? Coleman Furniture did not mis-represent the product and all of our product descriptions are supplied to us by the manufacturer? Customer received a product that is in fact Select Hardwood and veneers and we have attempted to educate the customer on the benefits and different types of wood products used in the manufacturing process.? Coleman Furniture would not be refunding the customer as the customer received a quality product as properly described.We would like to extend a refund if customer will accept - as a form of us wanting to give some form of apology that customer isnt completely satisfied with the purchase.Please confirm if this will be acceptable.? [redacted] Coleman Furniture understands that the customer is frustrated in regards to his order However, the customer received delivery of his items on 1/*/and signed for his delivery indicating everything had been received, inspected and found to be in good condition The customer called us the day after delivery and advised that he was missing the hardware for the mirror installation We advised the customer we could send the hardware to him and compensate him $to install the mirror himself At that time we were not advised of any other damages that he had found As no damages were found at the time of delivery and were only brought to our attention weeks later we are unable to address those issues As a courtesy we have offered to compensate him a total of $125.00.Sharon M [redacted] Coleman Furniture

The major issue of the complaint was the poor workmanship of the motion sofa with the seat back tilting out of alignment on the right seat as well as all the seat seams not even close to being straight? I would like the company to agree to have a technician come out and actually see the piece of furniture and the issues that resulted with the entire piece of furniture not being assembled correctly? I have been told in various correspondence that the issues I am having are not valid because it is within industry standards and I have never seen a piece of furniture assembled without regard for good workmanshipThe gap showing on one side of the sofa back is straight - the gap on the other side of the sofa definitely shows a tilt in the entire seat.? ? ? ?
