Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This response is laughableShe is making it seem like they had this long discussion with me to assure me the colors would matchThis is the [redacted] I have even heard the words: dye lotThe conversation was brief because the rep seemed like she didn't know how to handle the situationI could hear a male voice in the background trying to assist herThe reason why I chose to wait to have all items delivered together is because I ordered pieces and expected all pieces to be delivered togetherHer use of the words refused delivery makes it seem like they were at my door with the furniture and I refused to accept the deliveryThis was of course not the caseI was given an option and elected to wait mainly because I couldn't keep taking days offs for multiple deliveries and I wanted them to make sure the pieces of the sectional all fit togetherWhat was I going to do with half a sectional and they couldn't even tell me when I would expect deliveryI had no idea that it would take another 4-weeks for deliveryMy decision to finally cancel was because it was taking to long for them to fill the order based on my immediate need for furnitureThey never initially disclosed the item was out of stock, which would require additional timeI cannot believe this response even still mentioned about delivering the furniture when I received an email from my account manage on 7/ [redacted] that they had processed my refund and the order was cancelledJust proves my point that this company does not know how to effectively communicateThis complaint will be resolved once my credit card has been creditedThey can keep the restocking fee because I am over them and their lies In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST ***wer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Last email to customer was Friday 915, updating him regarding the technician that will be contacting him to schedule his tech date.? Our manager has been involved in keeping this customer up to date and has provided customer with her direct contact information.? [redacted] We have successfully resolved this issue with the customer and the order is being deliverd on 11/*/ The customer was under the impression that the sofa came un-assembled and would be out together in her home She has since been properly informed and is accepting re-delivery The show wood was damaged during delivery as she did not take note of dimensions and replacement show wood was ordered To make sure it is not damaged during delivery they will be attaching the show wood after delivering inside her home.This should resolve all issuesSharon M [redacted] Coleman Furniture

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The legs to the dresser were/are not damagedWe have them at our houseThis is the first I've heard about damaged legs and replacement of the legsI'm attaching pictures for your referenceThe first picture, coleman1, is of the dresser as it was delivered to us originallyThe dresser was damaged upon arrival (even though Coleman assures all its customers that the furniture is fully inspected before delivery)The 2nd and 3rd pictures are of the "repaired" furnitureThis is what Coleman considers repaired and 'restored to 100% factory standards' We have agreed to have the dresser delivered a 3rd time b/c Coleman advised us that if we refused delivery it would be considered a return and our money would be refunded minus shipping and a 25% restocking feeWe don't want a repaired dresserWe want a replacement, however, Coleman is making it difficult for this to happen by insisting that their policy is to repair first and then replace the damaged itemIf a product is found to have damage, and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send a the necessary parts and correct the problem at our expenseRemedies may include, but not limited to repair by a professional furniture repair technician, part replacements, both repair and part replacements, or a full unit replacement, all at no cost to the customer Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I ordered a mirrored bedroom set from Coleman Furniture 12After being informed my delivery would take place during the second week of January I received correspondence stating the bed did not pass inspection due to broken mirrored panelsI did not actually receive the delivery until 022017, nearly six weeks after the original delivery frameAfter receiving the frame and having it installed, I noticed that the middle panel of mirrored glass was crackedI immediately contacted Coleman Furniture who requested and was sent photos of the damageI was informed on 02that the replacement part had been ordered and would be shipped directly to my addressI contacted Coleman once again on 03because the wrong replacement part was mailedThere was no response to my email inquiryI contacted them again 03via email which was once again ignored by supportI was able to put in a grievance via phone and was contacted 03with confirmation that once again my replacement panel had been orderedI received an email 04indicating the piece had been deliveredWhen I returned from vacation, I realized that once again the wrong replacement panel was shipped againI contacted Coleman Furniture 05explaining the issue and once again attaching both photo and video of the damaged pieceI was advised that they were looking into the situation, but yet again I did not receive any responseI called in and made another complaint via phone and was told on 05that the replacement panel had been correctly ordered and would be delivered to my houseIt is now nearly seven months later and I have not been given anything but a consistent runaround by this companyThe customer service rep that I worked with in particular (Candyce R [redacted] ) was consistently rude and unforthcoming when contacted via phone regarding the status of this pieceI put in a Revdex.com complaint and contacted the Coleman furniture regarding coming to a resolutionI was forwarded once again to Candyce R [redacted] who has once again failed to help my issue but only created more problemsI am highly disappointed in not only the customer service I have received but the overall experience from the day I ordered.? I have received a quote from local furniture repair in my area including cutting/fitting of custom mirrored glass and installation for $and am asking Coleman Furniture to cover this cost as they have continually failed to provide me with replacement and repair as previously specifiedI would not like for Candyce R [redacted] to contact me any further with any direct communication with Coleman and I would like Coleman to inform how a refund can take place as I paid with Affirm and they do not facilitate refunds days past selling the productThanks? ? [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Interesting how the company continues to proceed with their deceit, and changes the subject to their attempts to send me a part-- ridiculous because there is not part needed-- instead of DIRECTLY responding to our VERY CLEAR charges:1) Coleman has yet to respond to our charge of a FABRICATED BILL of LADEN-- there was NO BILL of LADEN, and they have yet to produce one after our numerous requests-- despite the fact that this is our FIRST and FOREMOST CHARGE-- a fabricated Bill of Laden they say we signed, when in fact NONE EXISTS2) we began trying to return this piece the day we received it, WELL WITHIN the time period for "customer satisfaction guaranteed" returns; yet company delayed returning our calls and emails, and they refused to authorize the return3) company has FAILED to produce the photograph THEIR delivery people took of the piece, documenting the damage we have clearly defined; and continues to offer a "new part" for our furniture piece when this would not resolve the issue--- we want to RETURN the ITEM-- this request of ours has been CONSISTENT since day one-- we do not want furniture from UNETHICAL, deceitful, scandalous companies in our home ? 4) This company passes crap off to customers that is NOT AT ALL as DESCRIBED, lies about bill of ladens being signed, refuses to return calls until after the window of guaranteed return, and then tries to pass off this supposed "generosity" of sending us a new part or technician to resolve a damaged piece that we have not wanted since the moment we received it, and have been trying to return since day oneThis is unethical and deceitful business practices, yet it appears that this is their standard modus operandi.? This should NOT continue; customers CANNOT CONTINUE TO BE EXPLOITED on a regular basis by this company's unethical practices and scams.? Thank you.?
