Walmart.com account and order history.  Mr. [redacted]' order was from Smart Mobile, a third party Walmart Marketplace Seller. When products are ordered from a Marketplace Seller, all returns and refunds for products are handled through the specific Seller. Please note, we do provide contact information for each Marketplace Seller on Walmart.com, and the customer is notified at the time of order that they are purchasing the item from the Marketplace Seller. Additionally, the product description includes the specific Seller’s Shipping and Return Policy.We notified the Smart Mobile support team about Mr. [redacted]' concerns regarding the defective iPhone. We have issued Mr. [redacted] a full refund onto a Walmart eGift card.   On January 21, 2016, we contacted Mr. [redacted]' directly and explained that he may use the eGift card to purchase a new phone online or in Walmart stores. We also issued an additional $10.00 eGift card for the inconvenience Mr. [redacted]' experienced. Walmart.com account and order history. Mr. [redacted] placed orders for Ultimate Ears UE BOOM 2 Portable Bluetooth Speakers. Our records show that this item was sold by our marketplace retailer, Classy Outfit. When products are ordered from a Marketplace Retailer, all returns and refunds for products are handled through the specific retailer. Please note, we do provide contact information for each Marketplace Retailer on Walmart.com, and the customer is notified at the time of order that they are purchasing the item from the Marketplace Retailer. Additionally, the product description includes the specific Retailer’s Shipping and Return Policy.
 
 
Our records show that Mr. [redacted] has filed disputes for both orders. We have contacted our billing team and they have confirmed the disputes have been worked by Walmart.com and Mr. [redacted] will need to contact his bank to get the outcome. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed, but Mr. [redacted] can contact us if he needs further assistance.

Our records show that on September 6, 2015, Ms. [redacted] placed an order to be shipped to her local Walmart store for pickup. Ms. [redacted] picked up one item from the order but requested to have the other items refunded. Ms. [redacted]'s credit card had never been billed successfully, which prevented the refund from processing. We spoke with Ms. [redacted] and apologized for the confusion. We informed her that she was not billed or refunded any amount for this order. For the inconvenience, we will stop our attempts to collect payment for the one item that was picked up. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.

A replacement order has been processed for the damaged items. We contacted Ms. [redacted] to apologize for the inconvenience and informed her that we have escalated her concerns to the appropriate teams to ensure the item is packaged appropriately in the future to prevent damage. By the end of 2016 all of our Fulfillment Centers will only be fulfilling and shipping orders without any packaging slips. We have spoken with Ms. [redacted] and she advised us that in order to print coupons from Walmart.com she had to download an application from coupons.com. She advised us that once she downloaded this application and printed the coupons, her printer gave her an error message. Ms. [redacted] advised she even spoke with Microsoft technical support and was advised there was a virus on her computer and that she would need to factory restore her system. Ms. [redacted] advised that her printer never worked after that, and that she had to purchase a new printer. For the inconvenience we issued a $50.00 eGift card. We also issued a $190.13 eGift card to cover the price of the new printer and ink. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.

order history. On [redacted] placed an order for a Bissell PowerForce Helix Turbo Rewind Bagless Vacuum. Our records show that [redacted] contacted our customer support team on [redacted] requesting a return. Our customer support team processed a refund for the order and issued a return label to have [redacted] return the vacuum. When a return is expected back, a returns agreement email is sent to the email associated with the Walmart.comaccount. The customer will need to agree to those terms in order for the refund to process. Our records show that [redacted] didn’t agree to those terms and the refund was cancelled on [redacted].
A return label was emailed to [redacted] on [redacted]. We have reprocessed the refund for the order and [redacted] will need to agree to the return agreement email within 7 days in order for his refund to process. Otherwise, the refund process will cancel again. In light of this, Walmart.com considers this matter closed

received Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, we reviewed his Walmart.com account and order history. On June, 26, 2015, Mr. [redacted] placed an order for a Tribeca Living 800 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Deep Pocket Sheet Set or Pillowcase Separates Pillowcase Set. This was processed and shipped by our marketplace vendor, Overstock. Per the tracking, it shows it was shipped out on June 29, 2015. Mr. [redacted] paid for expedited shipping which should have a delivery time of 2-3 days, however, on July 1, 2015 UPS incorrectly sorted the package at the facility which caused at least one business day delay. The item was delivered on July 2, 2015. For the inconvenience, we have issued a refund for the shipping and tax in the amount of $17.31 and an additional refund of $18.75 has been credit back from the Marketplace vendor directly. As such, Walmart considers this matter closed.

If you look in my notes under my Vizio TV order you can see that I was owed 2 discounts. One for the tv being delayed which was about $27. The other was for an entertainment center. I never received any discounts that were promised. I did receive my check but that was my money to begin with. I ended up purchasing an entertainment center, another 60" tv and many other items despite the hell i've been put through. I have been declined my discounts from reps via phone and I'm asking for some type of help for the lies and troubled I've been given. Despite me having to wait almost a month to get my money back, the Vizio TV was delivered damaged. Yet, I still give Walmart the benefit of the doubt. Does walmart recommend I just return all my recent big purchase I've made? I just ask for some type of discount that was promised to me.

Currently we have units available and the site has been updated to reflect the inventory.
