The manager, [redacted] , is a very unprofessional individual who not only bad mouths other businesses, but is not straightforward with the charges required to begin membershipThroughout the tour of the gym, he not only continued to put down the other gyms, but also intentionally kept from us the charges that were required and only repeated that it was an $enrollment feeAfter the contract was signed, he said, "Oh, did I mention that it's $per card?" We were naive and gave him the benefit of the doubtThe contract didn't have any charges stated and it was signed by himLater that day, we discovered that he had charged us $I called him and he said that he would remove some of the chargesIt was bad enough that he withheld information, and then we were charged a higher amountI told him that I would contact corporate to cancel and he asked that we cancel with him insteadOn the cancellation letter, under reason for cancelling, he put"Didn't Understand."

Revdex.com: Once again, [redacted] , the person with whom I spoke on the phone was very nice and very helpful She is the only one who has been helpful at Walmart, since having to file a report with the Revdex.comNO ONE at Walmart was helpful before making my complaint to the Revdex.comInstead, they couldn't have been less helpful or truthful, which is what prompted my Revdex.com report I initially rejected the Revdex.com response, not because [redacted] was unhelpful, but there was something that I wanted to address that was not covered in the initial response from WalmartIn their initial response they stated: "...order was from Top Shelf Sports, a third party Walmart Marketplace SellerWhen products are ordered from a Marketplace Seller, all returns and refunds for products are handled through the specific Seller."
