Hello This email is in response to the letter submitted to snap fitness about [redacted] ***We Were very upset to hear that we had one of our members go through such a time to have to terminate his membershipWe have been in the process of transitioning our employees to new positions and unfortunately have overlooked Mr.***Still with no excuses The Snap fitness in Rochester Mn holds itself to higher standards then has been shownAttached to this response is an snap shot of the refund submitted to Mr[redacted] for the amount of Which was dueAlso An email was submitted to notify him of the refund on 06/22/His Account has also been terminated on 05/22/Once Again we Have done what we can To assist in his complaint and have asked him to notify us if there are any other questions or concerns we could assist in Thank you so much for your time and be well

I am rejecting this response because business has not answered the specific questions asked in my complaint (highlighting below).I registered myself online (on Snap fitness website) for month free trial, on 04/29/When went to this franchise, "the instructor there asked me to fill some forms (none of them were mentioned while registering online)"The only reason told to me why these forms are required to be filled was; to make enrollment process faster if I choose to be member later onOn June 4th, Snap charged my credit card for $When asked why, they told I was required to tell them in person that I do not want to enroll and and continue after free trial periodSince I did not, they automatically charged my credit card"No clear answer was given why I was asked to fill those form in first place if that was not required since I registered online"They did not reply why I was not communicated before my credit card was chargedLater, on July 2nd, they again charged for $as monthly chargeIt seems they will continue charging me every monthThey declined any form of refund, though it was “clear form of misleading customer and getting them forcefully enrolled”.Additionally, I have not told that I haven't signed the forms; but the complaint is about misleading a customer to enroll them (forceful enrollment) and no clear communicationIf I have enrolled for a free trial period, and does not need any kind of documentation (not mentioned online), why am I asked to fill those forms.So, even if customer is not required to fill the forms, he is being asked to fill it (by the specific franchise) and then based on that documentation customer is enrolled automaticallyHope am clear now about the complaint now.Regards, [redacted] ***
