I wanted to get upper abdomen, lower abdomen, bra fat, and lower "love" handles removed. During the consultation, I was told that I did not need my lower abdomen done, because I had a tummy tuck 30 years ago and if they removed any fat, the skin would be loose.
I had my back, upper abs and lower back waist area. I am not happy with the results. They barely removed fat from my back. The doctor said he removed 67% of fat from my back and about 20% from my upper abs and waist. My waist was 32" going in and it's still 32".
After wearing the compression garment, my upper abs are more compressed in and now the lower abs looks like it's swollen/puffy. My stomach is not flush as it was when I went in.
I would suggest going to a doctor, who performs "Lipo 360."

A *** SCAM !! I’m extremely dissatisfied with my lipo abdomen results!! I recently got a procedure a week ago and I wish I would have read the Revdex.com before my procedure. The staff was dismissive when I told them I’m not satisfied . There response was, it’s just swollen it’ll go down after 6 months ! *** 6 months ! I could have just been on a strict diet instead of wasting $5000 .

On January 8th, I had a consultation and chose to have seven procedures done. I paid a deposit and paid the remaining the next day. On January 13th, I added upper arms and chin/jowls and paid $3890 (a $400 discount was not applied - the price should have been $3490). On January 15th, I met with the doctor. I was scheduled for surgery on the 17th. The doctor discouraged me from having the arms and chin/jowls done while encouraging me to add knees and front bra rolls. The doctor stated that he could do the arms/chin/jowls as scheduled on February 14th, but also stated I probably wouldn't get the desired results. I called the office on the 16th to confirm that the 2 additional areas were indeed scheduled for the 17th. At that point, I was asked to pay for the additional areas, which I did. I paid $3090 because they applied a $400 discount plus the missed $400 discount from the 13th.

The week after the surgery, I texted Sono Bello to make sure the 2nd surgery was cancelled based on the doctor's recommendation. They informed me that they would cancel it and "switch me" to a different procedure. After researching the new procedure, I informed them I wasn't interested in it. I was asked if I would like to keep the credit on file for my husband to use (we had mentioned he wanted to have something done). I let them know I did not want to keep the credit on file and was told "Ok just a thought". At my 1 week follow-up, I asked about the refund for the two procedures. I was given the run-around with them trying to convince me the procedures would be okay. Eventually they told me they could refund one procedure but would have to get corporate to okay the refund of the second procedure. They would call me within a few days. I still have not heard from them.

I had an appointment with Mindy on Wednesday, 12/18/2019 at 2:30 pm. It was my understanding that I had 48 hours to change my mind about wanting the doctor's consultation fee. I told her that I could go ahead and give her my credit card information but wanted to discuss the procedure with my husband on the way home. I called back within 30 minutes to an hour and told her that I changed my mind. She told me to think about it overnight and we could talk about it the next morning. I was in an accident 4 years ago and have pretty serious anxiety attacks still. I had nightmares all night about dying during the procedure. So, I told her again that I wanted to cancel. She talked me into coming in sooner for a consultation, but within a few minutes I couldn't breathe again. So, again I told her to cancel. I could see that I was getting nowhere with her. So, I called the office. They directed me to Mindy again. They have charged me $6907. To top it off, they will not return my calls, texts, or emails. So, the $195 special for a consultation fee has turned into $6907 without my authorization. There's no way I would have anything done there now because of all of the reviews I have read while waiting on them to return my messages. Mindy was going to email me a copy of the receipt for the doctor's consultation. I've requested it numerous times, but have not received it.

Dr. B came highly recommended by many of Sono bello Staffs. Nov, 2018 I was schedule to have a liposuction done by Dr. B. The Abdomen area ( upper, lower and love handles) somehow Dr. T ended up doing the liposuction procedure without my knowledge mainly because I didn't have a picture of the doctor that was during my procedure and at the time during my pre-op I assume the doctor I was seeing was Dr. B. During the liposuction procedure I was in tremendous pain on the way Dr. T was performing the lipo procedure... After the procedure I went home, in pain.... first week I started to complain about the results. Nurse stated that I have to wait for the results to come in and it take up to six months. I been complaining for over a years to see Dr. T but keep getting the runaround.... I finally saw Dr. T he explained that I may have scar tissues due to being pregnant. I told him I never was pregnant and I don't have scar tissues cause by me. Dr. T stated that I can have freeze treatments but it will be additional money. I went on to read Dr. T reviews many of the reviews I read stated that after customers had lipo done (in the same areas like mine) by Dr. T, many of customers had to have freeze treatments. Overall I continue to complained about the way my abdomen areas look... 2020 of Jan. Dr. T retired from Sono belle, and I still continue to complain about my results and Sonobello never responded to any one of my complaints. I called Sono bello many times, even made appointments ( doctors wasn't there or manager wasn't there when I came to my appointments) and continue with NO response from Sono belle. It seem like when you want work done on your body, Sono bello quickly to respond but when you have a complaint Sono Bello never respond to your complaints. I paid over 5000 for this procedure. Now My stomach looks horrible, and fat started going to my *** area.

I had my procedure done 5 months ago and all I have to show for it is a scar from hip to hip. I would NOT recommend this for anyone. I changed my diet I go to the gym 4 days a week and on the days I don’t go to the gym am on my treadmill. People work hard for their money and to have a business take thousands of dollars from you should be refunded. They lied about results and all you have is a scar to show for it. I want my money back and I will be seeking a lawyer about this. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this to hard working people who go to them for help.

To start, my sister signed up for the surgery, but was unable to go through with it because of medical issues. I wanted to get some procedures done, so she was able to transfer her balance of $4,495.00 to me. I scheduled the consultation appointment. Went in with my sister for the consultation to discuss the procedures I wanted done and so she could sign the transfer form. Paperwork was drawn up and I was given a date to come back to meet with the doctor. I went in to meet with the doctor and upon his evaluation, I was not going to be able to get the surgery because I'm a breast cancer survivor, and after my surgery, I developed a blood clot in my leg. Based on that information, the doctor said he wouldn't be able to perform the surgery. Said the risk was too high. I requested a refund, but was only refunded $1,912.79. The total cost for the procedure was $6,407.79. This does not include the deposit of $995.00 they charged me & my sister. I've spoken to several people about my refund, and was told someone would contact me. This has been going on since June 2019. I don't know what else I can do, so I decided to contact you, to see if we could get to the bottom of this.

Consultant told me that *** purchasing liposuction with Sono Bello my fat would be gone on my legs and back. During surgery the doctor told me he couldn’t take the fat off they had a four pound limit. This was not told to me. They lied. All this pain and monies for four pounds of removal. Consultant Did not say this nor is iit in any paperwork. They lied and told me it was the law and when I told them that was false the nurse told me if was their policy so u come back and get more procedures done. I apologize I didn't see where I had to reject their comments. Sonobello did not inform me to see a plastic surgeon at their location; that is untrue. But if they did, why in the wold would I want to ever go to that business again. I would never want to go through this ordeal again with this business. the constant pain I am in every day is brutal. They were not honest in how much fat they would remove; thus they did the least amount possible which was 4 pounds. They should have done what was promised the first time. To me this is fraud. Then they told me to come back and pay for Venus treatments if I was not happy. After $6,500 now they want me to pay more money for differfent treatments. Why didn't they do what they said they were going to do. That is all I asked. Now I want a refund. After viewing others complaints seems like everyone is agreement this business is a fraud.

There are 3 complaints. I decided to go through with Lipo suction in late May 2019. I also paid for my girlfriend to have Lipo and a tri-sculpt EX. I'll start with my dissatisfaction. I went in for my 6 month checkup in January 2020. I had a question/complaint about an area I was dissatisfied with. Part of the package I paid for included Lipo around my *** area(s). One f the *** is larger than the other which indicates the procedure was not performed properly. A "surgeon" came in to speak to me. He was not the original surgeon who is no longer at this location. The surgeon suggested I have Lipo AGAIN in both *** areas AND remove these hard spots inside each ***. They want to send what they remove to a lab to have tested.. I did not have these prior to Lipo. so you know, I was in relatively good shape prior to the original procedure and simply wanted to tone up a little. Same holds true with my girlfriend. They presented me with a NEW contract for $5000. this is AFTERE spending a total of $15,000.00 for both my girlfriend and I. Obviously, I'm not having this done, I'd like them to correct what was NOT done properly at the first procedure. I should not have to pay additional $ to correct their mistake. As for my girlfriend, her tummy tuck is a disaster. her stomach, below her bikini line appears worse than when she went in back in May of 2019. she now has a long scar with no visible improvement. This too should be corrected at no additional cost. lastly, I had purchased a gift certificate for $1200 to have
the "Venus" freeze. no contract signed. I recently asked for a refund of the "gift cert" I/we decided not to have any further procedures . Unfortunately, we inadvertently threw out the certificate with Christmas wrapping paper. I was told I needed the certificate ion order to receive the $1200. I spent a total of $15,000. in the past 6 month at this location and I want that refund. Also, I'd like too know how they are going to correct the issues abov

I am rejecting this response because:

I did receive a voice mail stating they would offer me a "discount".. That's not what I'm looking for. I'm not looking to receive anything for FREE. At my 3 month checkup I expressed concern over the hard spots around my breast. I was told to massage ( which I was doing) and use a "rolling pin" to eliminate the hard spots... I did this as instructed with no results. At my 6 month check up I expressed the same concerns including a new concern . One breast was larger, not by much, than the other. A surgeon came in, examine due and told me the hard spots needed to be removed surgically and sent for a biopsy. this was/is concerning to me since these hard spots were not there prior to Lipo. the surgeon also suggested Lipo to correct the difference in the breast size comparison. I was presented with an invoice for $5000. this is unacceptable.

My girlfriend is also included in the complaint I referenced in the initial complaint. She has not been contacted to correct her issues which cost me close to $9000

I had the procedure for my back, upper and lower abdomen and love handles done in July 2019, on my 3 month visit I expressed that I was not happy. Someone called and spoke to me, said I would see the doctor on my 6 month visit, and speak with them afterwards if I am still not happy. My 6 months visit was in January 2020, he looked at my body and said he know that I am not happy, but if they take anymore out, I will look sick, and for better results I would need a tummy tuck. If I needed a tummy tuck, I would have gotten that in July and not paid for this. I was told someone would be contacting me, but it has been 3 weeks, and nothing. I definitely would not suggest anyone else have this done

I still have not head anything from sonobello. Now I am doing all types of diets and workouts to try to get the summer body I paid them for. Totally disappointed and unhappy

I went to sonobello to inquire about having fat removel. Finding out what the procedure is. I decided not to go through with it. Im pre diabetic. And I have fibromyalgia so I wouldn't heal quickly. I asked for my deposit back and they declined. The paper said the down payment was $995 but they changed me $1000. With that alone should give me back a full refund. That makes the contract non in void.

I was scheduled for procedures in the St. Louis office. On the day of my surgery date I was contacted via text stating that someone had cancelled before me and the doctor wanted to know if I could come in earlier. I had began having concerns about having my procedure done at this office due to the nature of my initial consultation and meeting with the doctor. I relayed this concern I had and mentioned cancelling my procedure. The office associate called me and I explained my concerns to her. At that time I told her that I wished to proceed with my appointment. She told me, "Well, I don't think the doctor wants to do it today/stay at the office now." "Let me talk to him and call you back." After 20-30 minutes she called me back and said that the doctor was not giving her the answer she wanted and that he was refusing to stay at the office to fulfill my procedure at the original time it was scheduled for. She said she would refund part of my money but that basically I would have to forfeit the other $2300 I paid in advance even though ultimately the doctor was the one that was cancelling. After we got off the phone I receive a text stating I think I can get the doctor to stay now can you give me 10 minutes to confirm. At that time I was dropped back off home by my ride, drinking coffee, and with my children. So, no, after the whole ordeal I was not willing to wait around again to see if the doctor would stay for my SCHEDULED PROCEDURE. I contacted the office and have been refused a refund. I was offered free services, money off services, but refused a refund of the money I deposited. I had no procedure done. The whole ordeal was handled very inappropriately. I just want my money back as this is what is right and fair. I took of work. I scheduled people to be with me post procedure. I have lost time and money.

Due to the surgery I had with Sono Bollo on 2/13/2019 I developed an infection which caused an abscess to grow on my kidney and was going to invade my main artery and block the blood circulation threw my body . I had a 6 in a half surgery on 1/22/2020 . I could have loss my life .

11-22-19-SonoBello set up Appt.
11-26-19-Met with Victoria, told her I had back problems & wanted to take off some of my stomach and leg weight. Arms were also a problem. I told her I was in Physical Therapy; she said it was not a problem. I was told my best options and prices and Victoria had me sign/initial the proposal/ contact and said I had until Friday 11-29 to cancel due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Sonobello already charged me $1000 for a free consult on 11-26!
11-28-19 I had major back pain on 1-28 and thought I’d better wait on Sonobello because Victoria said I’d have to stop my PT and water therapy classes for 2 weeks, but I didn’t know now if I’d need major back surgery.
11-29-19 Got reminder that *** would be charged on Nov 29 or 30th
11-29-19 I cancel as was told I could by Victoria (she just said the 29th-no specific time was given
11-29-19 Received Text from Sonobello that they will contact me during business hours (they are there 24/7 and usually always respond but did not in this case of a cancellation)
11-30-19 *** charged $6994.42 after canceling on proper day and told I have to come in to see Victoria on Wed. 12/4 for an actual appt. to cancel. That was the first available date to do cancellation paperwork.
12-4-19- I came in and Victoria takes me to her office to convince me things will be fine. I said I’m in pain today and brought my medical file and wanted to show doctor, she says we’ll show him MRI etc. I said I can’t lay on stomach, back pain severe, hip pain etc. Victoria does a “bait and switch” with Mary saying she will now take me to see the doctor and Mary knows my case. I’m nervous, we go see the doctor and he says I’m just fine, but I left my files in the other office and I forgot to ask the doctor due to having a different person with me now. As I leave the exam room I remember and am told they will ask the doctor later. That was not acceptable in my case.

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, I didn’t receive a response until February 4, 2019, for the first time with information that Sonobello was interested in considering a settlement. Sonobello’s response omitted their agreement and it had to be resent on Feb. 7, 2019. I have since tried to reach Sherrie who must be a district manage, I tried several times, and she’s not in that office nor was I given her number. I spoke with Jillian R, an Assistant Practice Manager and she indicated Sherrie wouldn’t be back in the office until this week. I want their agreement revised because they want me to pay $1,000 consultation fee and the $6,994.43 (both which were paid and charged prior to my cancellation period which I still feel is an ethics violation) and after they get my $7,994.43 will refund me money. That is another issue all together. Why would a customer pay all of that money when the agreement is to return a major portion to the customer. The practices of Sonobello should be reviewed by the Attorney General’s Office in my opinion. I will be in need of more time to speak with “Jillian” to get some other issues resolved. Their Settlement is quite one-sided. I still also find it distasteful to see the ads on TV that say the consultation is free. You are given all kinds of deals and offers, they have you sign and initial, and if you agree to pay you get a better deal...and if you pay you are supposedly given 48 hrs to cancel. That isn’t true and it isn’t honored by Sonobello. I was pressured the entire time and although I agreed at the very end after trying to cancel three times, even after wanting to review with their doctor my file, they still put pressure on the client to feel obligated. They imply the surgeon’s time or garment was opened, but they had ample notice to inform the surgeon he was cancelled and didn’t need to open the garment package (whether they did or didn’t they don’t even know). I met with the doctor once and that is basically all I feel I should technically owe for in cost. The consult should d been fee as advertised. So I still feel that paying $1,668.43 is excessive.

On Jan 29th 2019 by contract Sono Bello performed Lipo procedure on me. Besides the fact that I am disappointed in my results, and I am still experience nerve pain, the following issues are why I want a refund.
FALSE ADVERTISING- In Jan 2019 the ad on TV said buy one are get one area Free. They did not honor their promotion 1 paid for 3 areas they gave me one free then did not do that area
BRA AREA- I paid for this area that they never touched need refunded $1,645.00
MISLEADING DISCOMFORT - they said I would have little to no down time. I took off work due to pain 8 days and am still having terrible back nerve pain A YEAR LATER. But originally my entire waist and back area were so so sore, and bruised that anything that touched or brushed this area was so painful.
NEGLIGENT IN DUTY OF CARE: I called many times complaining about my pain and suit discomfort for over 5 weeks, I was so sore I could barely move and the suit was cutting into me.then finally had to buy my own suit from them because the one THEY ordered for me originally was Way to small cutting off circulation.
INCOMPETENCE - I was supposed to be awake for the procedure, but was given too many drugs, I did NOT wake up until 16 hours later at 4am. also I paid for the bra area that was never touched. while he did the waist area, he did not blend into the hip area SO NOW I have to very large bumps going from my waist to my hips.
NOTICES- originally I called so many times(at least 20), then I started writing letters (at least 4). I just wanted them to fix my issues. but They never seem to care about any of the issues I was having.They rarely returned calls. and have never responded by phone or in writing to any of my letters.

Nobody else has a problem getting a hold of me. On 2/11/20 I left a message, on 2/13/20 I left a message, on 2/13 at 5:20 pm I left a message, on 2/17/20 I finally talked with Stephanie who said she would pull my file and get back with me by Wed 2/19. on 2/19 she did call back, she has not offered my money back but wants me to re-see one of her doctors for other evaluations even though that would only address one of my issues. she was supposed to call me back my 2/21 but so far she has not called back. I want this case open until there is a resolve.

I had procedures done with Sonobella to remove from fat from my hips thighs and knees the operation took place 6months ago and I was told I would drop two pants size post procedure. I should see the full results six months after the surgery. Well it has been six month and I am the same size and weight I was before the surgery. After numerous complaints with the agency and request for a full refund I was told that the procedure did occur and that's what I paid for The surgery was the conduit what I paid for was to be two pants size smaller than I was I was told I would not be getting any refund but they will do another surgery. Why would I want todo that when the first surgery was not effective not to mention they will have something to prove and probably mess me up more trying to make a point I paid $7;000 for the procedure not to mention plane ticket and hotel room but all I asking for is my $7;000.00 I don't particularly want to go to court and I hope that you can help resolve issues but I want my money back I didn't pay to be cut up and go through all that paid for no results

I did not simply give Sono Bello $7;000 to hear that the surgery was a success when clearly there is no results. Three months after surgery I didn’t see any results and when I went to the office for the three months review I tried explaining this to the doctor who was supposed to see me. He left the room without any consultation. I sent an email to the management staff and they said it was too soon to see results. I will have to wait six months before any consideration would be given regarding my request for a refund. Three months later and another visit another round of weighing in and photos no one could disagree with me that I didn’t lose any weight. I was a size 14 before the operation and six months later I am still a size 14. This time another doctor came in and tried to convince me to give it another go. Haley, I believe the office manager also tried to convince me to go through the treatment again saying the doctors didn’t remove as much fat the first time around as they should have. I explain to her at the time that nothing about the experience would make me want to go through that again. I didn’t lose any weight any inches I felt them poking and prodding me during the so call surgery and it was extremely painful during and after the surgery. The sales pitch was that I would lose at least two dress sizes, the constant bombardment of television adds which was the initial hook was the same lose two dress sizes with many before and after shots of patients who appeared in before and after shots touting the results of their surgery. That’s what I paid for, RESULTS! Not to be cut open going through this extremely painful procedure to be discredited and told oh well you did go through the procedure so what you didn’t get what was promised. I paid for what was promised RESULTS! Nothing about that experience would make me want to go through it again and I should not have to. I am asking Sonobella to refund my money having the surgery without any results is not what I paid for. At this stage I am Not including any all the money I paid for the back and forth flights to Orlando, hotel stays and the use of the nursing services while I was there as Sonobella obviously didn’t care any about this only that they get there money and to hell with the patient status and results. They should be ashame of themselves for telling me that I paid for the surgery and that’s that’s. Where is your integrity as a business? Shameful and outrageous. At this point no one from the office is returning my calls as they think the case is closed not fo me it’s not

Summary*
I went through Sono Bello laser liposuction procedure in May 2019. I am disappointed, I do not see the changes that I was promised, the loss of approximately 2 dress sizes and new figure in addition to some weight loss. I continue to have pain and discomfort along with tingling sensation and numbness. This was very expensive and there is no recognizable difference in my appearance or clothing. I have endured physical and emotional pain only to wear the EXACT same size and look the way I did before the procedure despite losing weight. In addition, I have I have 13 incision scars 5 of which are forming keloids, constant pain and numbness in some areas and feel that I have wasted $10,000, for what I paid not to have the look I was promised is devastating to say the least!

I am rejecting this response because: I have made attempts to return calls form Sara and Abbi from SonoBello(***, ) however, I was unable to contact them directly and left message with whomever answered the phone. Essentially we were engaged in phone tag. I did speak with Stephanie B, the Director of Patient Experience (Washington) on Friday, February 14 at 611pm. We had a conversation about my complaint and she informed me that she would be requesting information from SonoBello, ***.

The procedure went well, but I am not happy with my results. I lost 2 inches on each arm, but some skin needs to be removed, which I was informed after the fact they don't offer skin removal for arms. They need to be sure to mention that to their patients before hand. If I would have known what I know now I probably wouldn't have gotten it done! I feel like I just wasted $4k!

I WAS OFFERED TO TRY THE VENUS LEGACY SINCE I'M UNHAPPY WITH MY RESULTS. COME TO FIND OUT AT MY 3RD TREATMENT THEY CAN'T DO THAT EITHER (ON 1 ARM DUE TO BIRTH CONTROL IMPLANON). I WAS TOLD I CAN STILL DO THE 1 ARM W/O THE B/C, BUT I THINK THAT WOULD LOOK BAD ONLY DOING 1 ARM. STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM CORPORATE!

I had liposuction performed on my stomach and back 5/3/2019 and I have a hernia following procedure as well as extra skin, bumps, wrinkles. The procedure was horrific and beyond painful. I have gotten a second opinion and it will take another surgery to correct what Dr. M left me with. I want a complete refund butSonobello told me they do not do refunds. I do not want anything to do with Sono bello. False advertising terrible results.

Upon a consultation appointment, I paid them a $995 deposit for a procedure that was to take place in Dec 2017. The appt had to be rescheduled due to an upper respiratory illness. The office was suppose to call for a reschedule date after April due to my work schedule. They did not call about appt, they did call to harass me about paying for the procedure. At that point, because of their concern over money instead of actually scheduling and performing the procedure, I asked them for a full refund of my deposit. The paperwork indicated that a full refund was available since I hadn't met with the doctor. I have called numerous times and they always say they will look into it, but I never hear back from them.
