Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When my original one stopped working due to keys sticking, I shipped it to your company at my expense and was told that I would receive a brand new one instead I received the same one under pretense and then it stopped working in less than weeks, with the same issue of the keys getting stuck I do not believe it is fair that I paid for a brand new product which was defective and I shipped it back expecting that I would receive a brand new one in return only to receive something that was refurbished and the product stopped working again Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have evidence to support my claim and I've been treated like a criminal ever since I've been a customer of theirsThey keep using the "past retrogression" stance which are unfounded and untrueThey have no evidence to support their claims while I have provided evidence to support mineThey admitted they have no way of actually seeing the content when I have provided actually proof of my claimThey do nothing to protect me or to actually help meTheir system is brokenThey refuse to provide proof of their claimsThe "user has a history" argument has no merit because as I have stated before I have been targeted by other users to get me off of their service and in those cases I wasn't even onlineSony has taken my money and kicked me off which seems to be a case of fraudI would like to proceed with legal action against Sony if a reasonable resolution for discrimination and fraudI report people to Sony who has actually harassed me and they do nothingThe person who used a racial slur against me is still actively online which proves they do nothing to protect me and thus unfair treatment by Sony and their users advocating racismSo Sony, is that who you are? SIEA contacted the consumer and advised there is no evidence that the purchases were ever made on her PSN Account. We have also asked for a direct line from Mrs*** since past communications with her via email has not been very productive.
September 7, 2017: SIEA appreciates Mrs*** ***’s feedback. We have extensively researched her PSN Account and there is evidence of the purchases that she is claiming was made. We have asked her multiple times to provide transaction numbers or proof of purchase, only to be told that she does not need to. We cannot help any further without her cooperation and documentation
