experiencedI was able to reach out to Mr*** regarding the issues he is currently experiencingAfter speaking with Mr*** I was able to open a damage claim for the damages floorsMr*** will receive a call within the next 48/hrs, if he wishes to reach out to the claims department he may do so 800-307-I was also able to issue a refund for the microwave; however the refund will not be issued until Mr*** takes the microwave back to the purchase location

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***It's unfortunate that this company seems to value its customers so little - if only they had been as prompt bringing me my fridge or fixing my fridge as they were at picking it upI appreciate the efforts of the last manager I spoke with and want to be clear that he was the only positive part of this process and I wish I had been able to speak to him sooner - perhaps things would have ended differentlyThis so-called response from HH Gregg's corporate team, however, is a a joke, my money has been refunded and I've found a fridge elsewhere but the time and frustration wasted on this disaster is nonrefundableAll said - we can consider the matter closedI'll never show at your store again

I do not agree with their responseI have already been to the store different timesEach time they said they would rectify the situation caused because the original washer and dryer purchased had been returned and a more expensive set purchasedThey failed to do that and the time they had more self come to the store to call Synchrony together, the manager was not thereI have done my part and yet the store wants to be cit loose of any responsibilityI went in and they failed to even be available after saying they would beI have heard this about HH Gregg from others also. Contact is a local helpline through our news station in MilwaukeeAt this point what do I have to lose?

I would still have to pay for installation (again) and I also would have to re-pay for the warranty in which I already paidThis is not satisfactoryThe warranty I did pay for isn't even covering the cost for what I did pay which is valid until The extended warranty was purchased with the stipulation that I wouldn't have to pay for servicing or replacementHowever, now I would end up spending double the amount of money I already paid instead of just getting the dishwasher servicedDue to financial burdens I cannot afford to pay for the new machine, installation, and a new warranty which is why I purchased the warranty in the first place
