For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Today is May 18th and the dishwasher is still broken. The last technician was there on May 11th and stated that he had found the reason it was flooding my kitchen and replaced a part that should fix that issue, however I am not able to confirm this yet as the Control Board was bad and he had the wrong one to replace it with so again I am waiting on a part again (getting a new part has taken weeks or more every time in the past). Revdex.com - Please advise whether I should change this complaint to be against Frigidaire at this point. I think it is more than realistic to expect that they replace this thing after repair visits, taking months so far, that have not fixed it. I am still extremely disappointed in hhgregg for not assisting me in getting the manufacturer to replace this piece of garbage that they sold me, but since they apparently do not care, I am thinking I need to make a complaint against Frigidaire.Do I need to start a brand new complaint, or can we use this information to open a new one?Thank you,*** ***

Just got off the telephone with the credit card company (whom I can reach without a minute wait to speak with a real person) and there is no credit for the transaction showing up They still have it in dispute and advised me to reject the merchant's reply until I have the money credited to my account.I will be sending the substantiating emails from hhgregg to them showing that they would not be able to fulfill the order and not volunteering a refund.It is funny how you can debit my account in minutes, but cannot process the credit in almost a months time.Bottom line, I have no product and I am still showing a debit on my bank card for the purchase amount (and the replacement product cost me about $more than the one I purchased to start with)MERRY CHRISTMAS!
