[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] When The company sold the policy they only gave a brochure out and it did not have a lot of information on it at the timeThe brochure stated about replacement and damage and that is why I purchased the policy, what a wasteThe delivery driver gave a copy of the policy when the items were deliveredThanks for your assistance in this matter Revdex.com. I think a class action law suite and contacting the media about this issue may have a better result. I feel like a gypsy paving company just sold me furnitureI will not recommend this company to anyone in the future. Poor customer service has closed a lot of doors over the yearsI do not see a bright future for HHGregg

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration
this may have caused Mr***Unfortunately we are not able to refund Mr*** the dispute amount
-Delivery was at no cost
-Dryer was not installed due to Mr*** having gas line not capped (which is also visible in the pictures took by the delivery team)
-Old units were removed
Mr*** did also sign off the delivery, indicating everything was fine, however we will issue Mr*** a $refund for the broken pipe

The response is unsatisfactory because the technician will not come out and fix the tvWhen HH Greg contacts him or when the warranty company contacts him - he tells them that I am the reason there are delaysI miss appointmentsThat is a lieI work from home every dayI am available for the repairHe keeps telling me that he has ordered partsThen they delivered parts but it was the wrong oneSo he re ordered but now it's on back orderAnd the part came in but I hurt my foot and can't walkIt's always a storyAlways an excuseWhen I ask for specifics as to when a part was ordered he tells me he isn't in the office so he doesn't knowIt's been more than monthsI paid for a television and a warranty in fullI'm asking simply for it to be repaired, as contractedNo one is advocating for meI feel dupedI can't get a new tvI can't get a refund for my warrantyAnd I can't get a repairI'm just totally screwed hereI have to keep calling and calling and following upNo one cares how the customer is being treated hereThis was a complete ripoffNever again will I shop at HH Greg or trust a warranty process.

*** *** To Whom it May Concern,The problem of the delivery is no the longer the issue nor is it about the stoveThe issue is that when I arrived at the store and talked to the manager I was treated with such discuss and poor customer serviceTalking to the sales manager he told me that even though my prodcut was in the store they have the right to sell itThe product was paid for and I recieved a bill before the whole issue of me not getting the product all the togetherI told the sales manager that I made a complaint with you all and asked for the regional managers contact infoThe sales manager refused and said that I should make a complaint because that helps himRedirecting me to the company website for help.The way that I was treated was apauling the fact that someone comes to them with a problem they brush it offThen pass the buck by blaming the customer service department and then the delivery departmentThe point is that no one is taking responsibility for what they have doneTreating a paying customer like this is a real shame and this why they loose my bussinessI will take my money else where and now I only hope that the next customer does not get treated like I did

However, I am only doing this because further pursuit of the matter will take time and energy I do not haveThe clear intent of the warranty was not honored and I ask that the Revdex.com look into this further to prevent future hhgregg customers from the same dishonest business practices.The warranty promises a replacement dishwasher if the same issue cannot be repaired after three attemptsThey attempted to fix the same issue three times before finally diagnosing the problem (a broken pump)There was a fourth visit made to replace the pump, and I had requested a fifth service call for the same issueWarrantech never sent out a repair person and didn't bother to even contact me to say why until I called again two weeks later.The reason the warranty was canceled was because Warrentech had spent more on the repair of the dishwasher than its value (a condition found in the fine print) but the only reason the repair costs were so high was because they continued to send repair technicians who could not fix the problem until the fourth visit and this fix (a new pump) only lasted for two months.hhgregg is saying that they are powerless in the matter and must accept Warrentech's decision not to honor the warranty; this is a poor excuse since hhgregg is responsible for choosing their vendor and the language of their contracts and can certainly pressure Warrantech to honor their warranty in all cases or choose another vendor who will. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that while the particular response is far from satisfactory, I would like to close this complaint as resolved.As soon as I received notice through the Revdex.com that nothing more could be done, I contacted hh gregg's corporate Facebook page and within just a few hours, a very helpful woman named Tiesha responded and had gotten WarranTech to issue us a credit to replace our couchAs of today, we confirmed with our local store that we have a credit on file which covers the full purchase price of our damaged couchI would like to thank Tiesha for helping us resolve our problem and I hope hh gregg utilizes more people like her to resolve customer problems in the futureHer customer service skills are outstanding!
