Yes an item was delivered, however, it was not the item that I ordered I ordered a inch Smart TV The TV that I ordered is in fact a Smart TV with apps on the TV to access things like Netflix, for example The TV that was sent to me is not a Smart TV It is considered something else You can watch Netflix and things on it but only from a mobile device As this is for my year old's room, he is not able to use what we intended him to use This TV didn't even come with a decent remote control because they assume you will control the TV with your mobile device I didn't send this item back because I don't trust this company to fix the problem We are currently the remote for my son in his room because we have to use our mobile phone. It is unacceptable that this company can't ever accept responsibility for the constant and repeated screw ups

A claim was opened 11/11/for the unit not cooling and error messageIt normally takes the service company 24/business hrs to contact the customer to schedule a service date
Warrantech offers a onetime replacement if the unit can’t be repaired, or after service calls (also indicated in the warranty brochure)Replacements are issued in the form of an in store credit where customer can reselect, unfortunately refunds are not an option

Not being able to expedite a change to my account that was promised four months ago is inexplicable to me. This may be appoint that we will have to agree to disagree on - however I believe it to be inexcusably poor customer service. I am not comfortable making any assumptions about what should happen about the interest already charged to an interest free account, especially since HH Gregg now appears to be leaving that up to me to resolve if it just doesn't happen on it's own. At this point it will be June before I know if my issue was corrected. I want to leave this complaint open until that time and have the opportunity to determine if the issue has been resolved.Needless to say the business has lost a customer. *** ***

experiencedAccording to our records, he purchased a major component service plan, which covers the motor only.It is our understanding that when he informed the servicer that he had a service plan, he was referred back to Warrantech to get approval for the repairHowever, since his service plan only covers the motor and the issue was not yet diagnosed, Warrantech could not authorize coverage for the service call.Mr*** would need to schedule an out-of-warranty service call with the servicerIf they determine that the motor is defective, Mr*** would then be eligible for a reimbursement of the cost of the replacement partHe would be responsible for any other repair chargesIf he has any questions, the service plan administrator can be reached at (877) 456-9643.If he would like assistance with scheduling a service call, A&E Factory Service can be reached at (800) 905-9505.
