I am now still waiting for the fridge to be fixedI have been on the phone with LG numerous times and spoke with some rather rather representatives who continue to tell me that I am basically out of luckTheir technician had a few parts delivered to my house (including the compressor and others) prior to his scheduled arrival on Saturday, December When he came and started to fix it he advised me that he doesn't have the right partHe said he would order it and come back on Tuesday, December when he did come back he again had the wrong part and is now telling me that he will be back again tomorrow, Thursday, December I have explained to LG that I have wasted hundreds of dollars in food with it freezing on my porch, thawing out and going to wasteThis has been going on for over a month nowHH Gregg doesn't seem to care about their customer yet againI am in desperate need of a working fridge and also some sort of compensation for all the wasted money and food I have had to throw out over the past month and a halfI am also desperate for a working fridge for Christmas since I already went through Thanksgiving without a working fridgeI truly appreciate your response and help in this matter
