For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They came out for the service call and told me they did not have the part necessary to fix the fridge There is something missing and its causing the door to rub into the metal and metal fragments are going everywhere from where the fridge is broken I have not heard from the site about options and I have called and emailed several times I need this resolved, this was a $fridge that now has a broken door This door will not hold up long term

I have tried calling the number multiple times, wait on hold for minutes at a time, and never get to actually speak to someoneAdditionally, there was no packing slip, and in trying to resolve the issue via email, they simply stop respondingI did send the item back to the address listed on the packing slipI am hoping to see a full refund on my productNone of this is as they stateThey do not respond to any sort of communications, and there were no directions on how to return the product prior to you assisting with this issue.Thank you for your assistance in helping me resolve this matter

I do not approve of this responseI received a 10% discount due to the inconvenience of them giving my fridge away and not receiving it on the fate it was to arriveHowever, the loaner fridge I was given is dorm size and not any where near the same size that I orderedThis size difference caused me to have to throw out all of the food in my old houses' refrigerator which was near $worth of frozen food and fresh so I could put in a half gallon of milk carton and two yogurts which only fit into my new dorm loaner fridgeThis is unacceptableYour business would not even give me a loaner fridge the same size as the one I ordered, even though the mistake was on your endThis has caused me a lot of money and anguish as I had to throw out breast milk I had frozen and saved for my baby as well of lots of foodPoor customer service.
