Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I understand hhgregg's stance and not wanting to assist a customer with their complaintsI also understand how hhgregg was in a hurry to have me purchase a more expensive television than the one I originally purchased as well as an expensive warrantyWhen I had asked for assistance as a customer I was repeatedly transferred to another company, I was also given the suggestion that I make a claim with my homeowners insurance even though not a single person had seen my television Now Even though the Revdex.com had reached out to hhgregg regarding my complaint, there was no response until NBC Chicago asked hhgregg if there was anything that could be doneThanks to NBC hhgregg has arranged for a technician to come out and evaluate my televisionDue to my busy schedule the only day I was available was 4/22/in the morning, the technician arrived at 1130amThe response to the Revdex.com from hhgregg is dated April 21,2016, so the decision was already made regarding my televisionAs a courtesy to NBC for speaking on my behalf I still allowed the technician, that hhgregg hired, to evaluate my televisionI can only hope to share my experience with others [redacted]
