Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My Husband and I called them multiple time before involving the Revdex.comHad HHGregg responded to my issue at that time, I would not have had to file a complaint with the Revdex.comHHGregg had a different excuse each time we called and then refused to resolve the issue in a timely mannerHHGregg repeatedly tried to blame everyone but themselves for overselling the item and then not informing us in a timely mannerI am still without a TV, because the prices are much higher now then on Black FridayIf I was made aware of the fact that we were not getting the TV from HHGregg, I could have gone to any number of retailers (on Black Friday weekend) and bought one for a comparable priceI am not satisfied-HHGregg mislead us and falsely advertised the sale Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am writing in reference to claim [redacted] HH Gregg responded to your initial inquiry that they were still processing the claim at that time on January 7, They said that they would be sending me a prorated refund check It is now over two months since they received my original request It is not rocket science to determine the amount of the refund The warranty that I purchased was for five years and I had the washer that was recalled in less than one year The sales person at HH Gregg said the refund process should not take more than two weeks Before I contacted Revdex.com, the warranty company representative told me that I should receive my refund in less than three weeks The time frame to receive the refund is not acceptable.Thank you in advance for your prompt attention[redacted]
