I believe this company misrepresented the availability of this product from the time of order (meaning the case wasn't even made and in their warehouse at the time they took my order and payment)Then they remained completely unavailable for 3+ weeks by not answering their customer service phone line and by not personally responding to MULTIPLE emails that I sent over a period of weeks (They sent "blanket" emails but they were all inaccurate and misleading) Now after getting reported to the Revdex.com, they want to give me the product for freeand they find the time to respond to the Revdex.com claim far more quickly Companies should not be permitted to do business this way The product finally arrived, but I am going to return it While I acknowledge that they are trying to make it better by returning my payment (finally) and giving the case to me for free now, it's tool late and there was too much deception along the way

On 9/19/I contacted support at Spigen about a Neo Hybrid iPhone 5S case that had brokenThis case was still under the year warranty and I wanted to explore getting it replacedOn 9/I was contacted by *** a representative for the company and asked for additional info about the case and pictures of the broken itemI immediately responded with the requested information and photosIt has now been a month and I have yet to receive any additional communication from the companyI have emailed *** a couple more times asking for a follow up, but have not gotten any responseI have tried calling the company, but their phone number only goes to a general voicemailI filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on 10/about thisOn 10/29, Spigen responded and said that they would send me an email asking for my address so that they could send out a replacement caseI immediately responded to their email with my address, but once again recieved no response from them that they got my address or would be shipping the productI have emailed multiple times to make sure they got my info, but it has now been two more weeks without any response from them
I would like to be contacted and have my case replaced with a new one within a week, or be given a credit to purchase a new one on Amazon
