I ordered two cases off of amazon and one came broken with terrible packaging but the other one was fine! Can I please have a replacement? It was a neo hybrid gunmetal black. Thank you

The case packaging on the broken one was way off from the original packaging and did not have any description of the item like the actual box of the one I got that wasn't broken. The metal part was squashed and broken and was not sealed with a plastic cover. I hope you can help me and replace this one. That would be great. Oh and it was a Samsung s8 case not a plus

Review: I placed an order via the website on or about Sept 19. Two orders were placed for a total of 5 items. Of the five items I ordered I only received two. The three missing items were through Order #[redacted]. I have made numerous requests for a response about this issue and am yet to receive a response. The three items were worth $34.99 each. Charges were already made.Desired Settlement: After reading some postings on social media it seems like at least one of the items is undersize significantly, thus does not serve it's purpose. I would like a 100% refund of the five items I ordered including any taxes and shipping fees. If they decide to send me the items for my troubles at no cost that would be up to them.

Review: I ordered several products from such company that where suppose to be shipped via FED EX ground 1-5 days. I received a tracking number that has remained blank since the date of 10/17. We are now on 10/23 and I have not heard of any status on my order. I have read many complaints on this company and was not aware of that at the time of ordering. Review: I ordered two iPhone 6 cases from Spigen through Amazon and paid for expedited delivery. A day after the final delivery date I had to check their Twitter because I had not received any email or confirmation about the delay or non shipment to find an apology that products have not been shipped and emails will be answered. A week later my email about delivery and my second email about order cancellation has not been answered. I have found many other people with the same issue.Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive my refund and ensure that all the others in the same situation have their situation handled appropriately as well.

Review: I purchased a Spigen Case for my Galaxy S5 and recently while in the driveway my phone fell out of my lap onto the concrete striking the corner of the case. The screen spidered and went black. I had to buy a new phone through the insurance program costing me $200.Desired Settlement: I would like Spigen to pay for the cost of the replacement phone. Review: Spigen has offered Stabilizer Buttons as a fix for their product Neo Hybrid EX which I purchased a few months ago. I received an email from them saying that these buttons were mailed to me on 10/2/14, but I have yet to receive them. Review: I purchased a cell phone case for a new phone. Based on customer reviews for other products produced by this company, I purchased the case. Not a few weeks later did the case crack. There was not any negligence on my part as the consumer since I don't abuse the use of my phone, nor have I dropped the phone with the case on. I have attempted to contact the company via email, as this is the only way to talk with a representative, but out of 6 emails (3 on their website, 3 straight from my personal email) I have only received one response; the response was to provide details about the order and issue in question, but this has been provided on each request for communication on their website and twice through email.Desired Settlement: A replacement case that is designed properly would be the preferred outcome, however, I would also consider a full refund of the purchase since I had to purchase a different case to protect my phone.

Review: The business failed to disclose in the online advertisement at time of purchase that the item purchased was unavailable/on back order until after they charged me. Only after the purchase was made, several days later, was the online advertisement changed. Almost all attempts to contact this company have been ignored. I have called multiple times and sent over 60 emails. I have received multiple generic response emails and 1 generic response addressing me by a different customers name. Product ordered 9/12/2014. On 9/26/2014 I recieved a misleading email claiming my order had shipped with the words "no shipments" listed where the tracking information was said to be. No verifiable shipping information with tracking number was supplied until 10/4/2014 and even then all it said was "shipping label created". This business' customer service is literally nonexistent.Desired Settlement: An investigation into the business practices of this company and a more accurate reflection of this company's level of service on record at the Revdex.com. This company deserves a grade of "F".

I am writing to complain about the company Spigen, Inc. They are located in Irvine, Ca and are a web based only company, as far as I can tell. They do not have phone number; I have sent numerous emails, totaling around 15-20, requesting a tracking number or an update on my order. A copy of one of the emails I have sent is below. I sent a letter through the USPS on 9/30; I understand it will take about 3 days for that letter to arrive but I do not have high expectations it will resolve my concerns.

In the process of looking for other ways to get in touch with somebody at the company I noticed several bad complaints on the website Yelp. I wish I had looked at Yelp before I placed the order,

All I am looking for is an update on my order - if it has shipped, if it will ship, will the order I want them to be cancelled actually be cancelled.

To whom it may concern:

If I do not either receive my order or receive a reply (NOT counting the automatic reply) by Friday October 3, then I am going to cancel my order, call my credit card company and cancel payment and take my business elsewhere.I am very frustrated with your customer service. I have sent numerous emails and received no significant reply!!

I placed two orders with you on 9/20, one in the late morning, EST, and one in the afternoon, EST. After completing all of the steps in the order process, there was no screen stating my order had been received, it was just a blank screen. I have not received an email confirmation for either one.

They did respond to me directly but the response was not what I asked for from them. Instead of canceling one order they cancelled both. At first I asked that they not cancel both orders, just one. I was so frustrated with them that I emailed them back and asked them to cancel both orders and I took my business elsewhere. I do not know what they are going to do, send me one order or none. If I receive ANYTHING from them I will not open it and send it back to them.

Review: Spigen deliberate ignored several request of cancelling an order emails from me and shipped the items regardless of my numerous attempts of me contacting them. This company choose to ignored all my attempts of communications before the order was processed because they knew I had little options if they shipped the order.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my purchase and a compensation after wasting so much time dealing with this issue.

Review: I have made an online purchase with Spigen on the 11th of Sept 2014. The order number was [redacted].

It's been stated clearly on the website that the items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. It has been more than a week and I have tried contacting customer service by email with no replies. However I understand from my credit card company that I have been charged for this purchase. To date I have sent about 6-7 emails checking on the status of my order and no one had replied even though it states clearly on their website to expect a reply in 24-48 hrs. I looked up their Facebook page and it is filled with complaints of the customers who are in the same situation as me. The company is still actively posting on their social media but chose to ignore the customers. I am thinking I have been cheated by an online website.Desired Settlement: I hope that I can at least get a reply from the company about the status of my order. I can understand if the product that I've ordered is out of stock but they should have the decency to at least inform me instead of ignoring my emails and charging my credit card for something that is not shipped out. You have a few orders that were purchased as Pre-Order items that are set to be shipping around the end of September. Information should have been stated on the product page during the time of purchase, usually when you select the specific color or item, the estimated shipping time will be available. The reason we do offer Pre-Orders is so that customers can have the piece of mind knowing that once the product is available, it will be shipped in the order that it was placed. Review: I ordered a phone case and screen protectors from this company September 15. I was billed and the money was taken from my account. It states on their website that shipment takes place 24-48 hours after an order. On their website it says my order is being processed but they took the money. It has not been shipped. I called them all day. They began forwarding me straight to voice mail (their inbox is full). I emailed them, no response. I left three comments on their face book page which were ignored. I have never dealt with such a terribly neglectful company. They took my money and now disappear off the map. Review: I placed an order for an iPhone 6 case on 14 September 2014. The website showed that the item was in stock. My account was debited for the full 39.99 immediately and the email confirmation stated that the product would ship w/in 3-5 business days with tracking info in a subsequent email. After a week I sent an email to customer service asking for status with no response. After 2 weeks I sent another email stating that I expected a cancellation and refund and that no response would result in a Revdex.com complaint. I revceived a response stating that my order will be delayed another 2 weeks (15 October) and that if I requested a cancellation that they may or may not be able to get to it due to "volume issues". I immediately submitted a resolution case to paypal and am submitting this complaint as well.Desired Settlement: Refund the full amount via paypal

Review: I bought their "Style Ring". It is advertised that it will stick to your dashboard and also act as a phone mount. The first one didn't stick. I emailed and asked for a replacement that would stick. They said I had to buy another one because they don't have a replacement for the sticky part. I bought another one and tried a different place on the clean dashboard. Within a few days it became unstuck. I bought another one from their [redacted] store because I had a promo code. It did the same thing and [redacted] sent me another one because Spigen doesn't help. The 4th one did not work. I am now upset and want all the money back that I spent on these. Review: I ordered an iphone 6 + case from Spigen on September 18th, 2014. I have since sent 8 emails to their support email account and 2 messages to their FaceBook social account without any valuable correspondence. Review: I purchased a car on sept 16 from spigen that was marked as 2 day delivery. A week had gone by and I started to worry, but shortly afterwards I received a generalized email was sent out saying they were going to ship out an additional item with the phone case to function better and I figured that they were just wait to send out the product with the updated item. Several weeks went by and I check online on amazon which said the item had been sent to the faculty so I decide to wait another few days. Again when I checked online it was dated and said the facility had received it so I waited another few days. There have been have 5 updates on amazon but no case. I feel as if they have dragging me along with false updates so that I wouldn't cancel my order. I sent an email out 2 or 3 days ago and received a generalized response about a delay. I think this company has had shady practices by offering a case that was not available then continuously updating the amazon site to fool customers that their case was being delivered.Desired Settlement: Please have them contact, have my case sent with a partial refund. Amazon prime is 2 day shipping and I has been over 3 weeks. I should not have to pay full retail for 3 week shipping or however long it will take.

Review: I ordered a Neo-Hybrid case for my new Verizon Note 4. It is defective/unusable. The design covers the mic hole on the phone, thus making the phone useless. Despite numerous emails, the situation has not been addressed. There are many other people complaining about the same issue, even on Spigen's own Facebook page. The company doesn't return emails or phone calls. They are not reputable.Desired Settlement: I would like a full warranty replacement of my brand new case, including plastic frame.
