Review: My glass screen protector was broken and I emailed the company to discuss the warranty and replacement but no one responds. I have emailed numerous times, like their website says to do. However, their "customer service" team has not responded. I believe that since these emails started in OCTOBER of 2014 that by now (DECEMBER 2014) that should have been enough time for them to have responded and rectified the situation. After much searching and souring on the internet I was able to findtheir phone number, (Because it is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND on their website.) I called it a number of times -- and NO ONE ever answers, and when I try to get the "front desk" the mail box is ALWAYS full. I have tried random extension and left messages. their company that has ZERO customer service and doesn't respond to it's customers that are the lifeline of their company.Desired Settlement: I need my glass screen protector replaced and I need a call back and response from the company.

This is the most blatantly fraudulent company I've dealt with in the web. No customer service, no one will answer the phone, no one will read or reply to emails and you will have to dispute any charges with PayPal or your CC company. Spigen will fraudulently issue a shipping label to make you think it's been shipped when the item is back ordered for weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BUYER BEWARE.

Review: order [redacted] was placed on 3/31/2015. order was in stock. payment was processed and cleared the bank on 4/2/15, which indicates 1-2 day processing of order. It's now the 8th of April, and no product. I now have the new phone, which came early, and no case to protect my investment. I've emailed the address they give on support icon on the website, and can't get a reply. [email protected] Settlement: I want what I have paid for. i've owned this case for a week now, and i've yet to see it. I can't even make contact to get status. My order stated "IN STOCK" and payment processing was exceptionally fast. The charge on debit card was there by end of order day. I want my case. Incidentally, I dropped my old phone yesterday before new phone arrived in mail, and shattered the face. Really need protection on an $800 dollar phone.

Review: I've purchased the Neo Hybrid Case for iPhone 6 from Amazon which Spigen Inc is the seller on September 10th 2014.

Less than a week there is a hair line fracture on the frame. Apparently this is a known issue with this case.

I've submitted a request for a warranty in October and I have not received any response from Spigen IncDesired Settlement: I want them to send me a replacement case.

Review: October 19, 2014 on the official website of the Spigen company I ordered goods and paid according to the rates (amount indicated in the history of this transaction). On the basis of the rules of order processing and dispatch of parcels all deadlines have passed and I have not received the parcel with the purchased goods. Moreover, I never even got a tracking number for the parcel. All attempts to contact Spigen support ended in failure. In a letter of the manager even mentioned that my shipment was lost ... it is very strange (not sended parcel already lost ?! because if they would have sent itr, they have to immediately inform me the tracking number, that they did not even when I asked for that !!! ). I requested to send the parcel again, but again no response. It seems to me that this is some "shady dealer" game in witch Spigen take the money and do not send the goods, and hope that the buyer will claim no money back.Desired Settlement: I do wish to Spigen inc.:

- stop such Shady Dealer policy;

- hire staff to work with clients, but do not respond to them in the form of automated spam witch answer about nothing;

- stop lying to customers;

- deliver products within the time limits set by the company;

I would really like you to punish large monetary penalties for such conduct of business. But I hope you fix it.

Review: Spigen neglected to update their product listings on their website to indicate backorder status. When they finally did update their listings, they neglected to inform any of their customers. They also neglected to respond to any and all customer service e-mails, particularly those involving cancellation and requests for refunds related to the issues mentioned above.

They charge customers for products they clearly did not have available, and don't respond to cancellation/refund requests until *after* processing the order and preparing it for shipment weeks after it was placed. Because of this, the responsibility now falls on the customer to wait for the product to arrive (which may take weeks), ship it back, and wait even longer before Spigen chooses to initiate the refund after receiving the returned product.

This reeks of foul play. It's highly convenient that Spigen is "unable" and "too busy" to respond to cancellation/refund requests, then is conveniently able to do so only after the order has prepared for shipment - their policy states that once this happens, an order "cannot" be cancelled or refunded on their end. They are relying on customers being exasperated with the lengthy process of waiting and shipping back the product in hopes that they decide not to return it anyway, allowing Spigen to keep the proceeds and mark it as a successful sale.

To date, Spigen is still ignoring all of their customers, only sending out mass mailers and continuing to promote product that they may not even have in stock.

First, I would like for them to cease promoting their products until they issue an honest, transparent, and forthcoming letter of apology to their customers. None of this "We Will Make It Right" tripe that they flippantly mass-mailed and posted to their social networking sites. If they have time to advertise, they have time to actually respond instead of blatantly ignoring us.

Review: On September 11,2014 I made an order for two items on spigen website and items said in stock. Website said 7-10 business days no big deal well 10 business days went by and still haven't recieved products I ordered. I emailed them and all I get is a generic response that says 7-10 business days for shipping. This is now October 5th and still haven't revieved my items and money was taken out of my bank account on 11th.Desired Settlement: I just want a tracking number of my order and my order or a refund and they can keep their product.

Review: On 9/19/14 I contacted support at Spigen about a Neo Hybrid iPhone 5S case that had broken. This case was still under the 1 year warranty and I wanted to explore getting it replaced. On 9/24 I was contacted by [redacted], a representative for the company and asked for additional info about the case and pictures of the broken item. I immediately responded with the requested information and photos. It has now been a month and I have yet to receive any additional communication from the company. I have emailed [redacted] a couple more times asking for a follow up, but have not gotten any response. I have tried calling the company, but their phone number only goes to a general voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted and have my case replaced with a new one within a week, or be given a credit to purchase a new one on Amazon.

Do not buy anything from Spigen. They are a simply horrible company. Their customer service is a joke, and they are a complete ripoff. I tried to contact them, they WILL NOT reply to any emails and they do not offer support over the phone. This company only cares about making money, and they will do what ever it takes (to include screwing over customers) to make it. If you're in the market for phone accessories, please, PLEASE do not order from this company. There is a possibility they may run off with your money, you'll never hear from them again.

Review: I ordered 4 items from spigen. I have not received them. they have no customer service phone #. I wrote an email to customer support and got a generalized response that they send to everyone. So I sent another and got the exact same email response. I was informed in their email that I could chat with customer support on their website however there is no way to chat that I could find. so I called their headquarters and they don't handle customer problems. Spigen has it set up to not speak to their customers and then they send emails that are no help.Desired Settlement: I desire that they have a phone # for customer support. or if I can indeed chat with them then tell me how? I am very familiar with chatting online I see chat pop ups all the time for my accounts. on their site I see nothing. I want to know where my order is. I want to know when I will receive it.

Review: On September 13 I placed an order online through [redacted]'s own website for two of their iPhone 6 cases. There was no indication of preorder or delayed delivery. I received a confirmation email of my order shortly after it was placed which also did not say anything of the product being delayed. After a week I recieved two separate emails indicating they were sending out button stabilizers for my cases to make them more responsive. A week after that finally recieved an email stating my order had shipped. When I recieved the delivery all that was in the package was the button stabilizers, not the cases despite the shipping notification email saying it was the two cases I ordered. Logging in to my account on their own website, it claims my order has been completed and shows the tracking number for the button stabilizers. I have attempted to contact the company through their email on 4 separate occasions and have yet to receive a response. I feel that they have stolen my money as they claim. To have completed my order, but I cannot reach anyone to tell them of their error.Desired Settlement: At this point I'm unsure of the desired outcome. I want a refund due to all of the hassles of dealing with this issue, but I feel that they should just rush the products to me that I paid for and was excited to order in the first place. Either outcome would be fine so long as my issue is addressed and I am contacted finally.

Review: I ordered a case back in September. I received no notice about it being processed or shipped for weeks. During that time, I emailed Spigen asking them to cancel my order. They never responded so I sent several more emails. They responded with a generic email saying that if our items have shipped before they're canceled, all we need to do is mark the package with RETURN TO SENDER. A week or two went by and I continued to ask Spigen to cancel my order since it hadn't shipped. Magically, it shipped that day.

I tried the case and it didn't even cover the camera on my phone. Now, I'm trying to contact them via phone and email asking HOW to get an RMA and WHERE to send it so I can get some of my money back. Every time I send [redacted] an email, they send a generic email that I've received many times before. When I look at the forums to find an answer, I get an error page.Desired Settlement: I want my money back AND a prepaid shipping label to return this defective item.

Review: I ordered two cell phone cases from this company on Sept.18, 2014. Today is October the 12th and I still have not received my products nor has the company responded to any of my email requests. I have received no shipping information or anything regarding my order. However, my debit card was charged the full sale amount a few days later. I have never in my life seen such lack of customer service. They simply do not respond even though I have already been charged for two items and I have no idea where they are or even if they are going to be shipped.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my items. This company is selling a product on Amazon advertised for the Note 4. As you know all major US cell phone carriers carry the Note 4. The problem is the item they are selling on Amazon DOES NOT WORK with the Verizon version of the Note 4 but they continue to sell it. We have emailed, left complaints on their Facebook page etc.. we get no response except a pre programmed canned response.

This is the case they are selling that is bad: [redacted] It doesn't work with Verizon, they should at least specify that instead of defrauding consumers. I can see why they have a C rating with the Revdex.com!

Avoid this company. Any company that does not take the time to respond to someone is garbage.

Review: I ordered a Case with this companies Amazon store, it was a metal slim armor case. The buttons on the case wasn't made quite right because when pressing the volume and power buttons you have to press really hard to get it to actually click. I sent an email about this situation and failed to get any response. I proceeded to email the company at their online store and through that channel I am still yet to receive a response. so far I have sent in about 10-15 emails concerning the warranty, one time I did get a response and after emailing back I never heard from them again. I even changed my email to try that way to see if they some how filtered me out, but still, no response. This is the first time I have ever done something like this, I kinda feel like a complainer in a way, but this is not how you do business. They have a warranty but they have yet to make due on it.Desired Settlement: I want a warranty exchange on the case, but somehow redesign it to work so I dont have the same issues. I work at At&t, a customer came in with the same issues so I know its not me, its the way that the case was made.

Review: This company has no phone number listed under contact information so I have reached out to them via email at least 10 times now. On about the fourth email they finally responded and said they would help me to exchange or return my phone case. After a few back and forth emails they stopped responding and I have yet to find out how to return or exchange my product. Not only did they product look NOTHING like the picture but it was also scratched. Regardless, I don't like it, I just want to exchange it or return it. Review: My order [redacted] was ordered on 9/17/14 which I have yet to receive and have tried to change since I ordered the incorrect item. I have sent multiple requests to the Spigen customer service without any direct response regarding my issue or on how to cancel my order. Spigen refuses to respond directly to me and there is no customer service number that I can find for this company.

In regards to the shipment of this order it was stated on their site that it would arrive within 7-10 business days which it is now 21 days since the order.
