The last complaint was filed through you, the Revdex.com. That responded to the complaint to you as well as a personal email to me asking for my address and other information and I gave it to them. They told me the problem would be resolved but after that I haven't heard anything from them for at least a month.

We do apologize for the delay in the order shipment and status. Pre-Orders of items are placed prior to shipment to hold an item on reserve to be shipped when it becomes available. You have a few orders that were purchased as Pre-Order items that are set to be shipping around the end of September....

Information should have been stated on the product page during the time of purchase, usually when you select the specific color or item, the estimated shipping time will be available.  The reason we do offer Pre-Orders is so that customers can have the piece of mind knowing that once the product is available, it will be shipped in the order that it was placed. We do apologize however for all the inconvenience. Our agents will be getting back to you in regards to your Pre-Order items. Thank you.
