Review: I emailed them two times no answer or email me back. my problem is I noticed that Amazon and Spigen are different price. I asked them about that I paid 24.29 on Dec 2 from spigen.com. I told them I would like to refund my credit because http://www.amazon.com/ price is 17.99 with free shipping under company Spigen. I think not fair.Desired Settlement: I would like refund money to my credit card around $6.30

Review: I purchased a Spigen GLAStR screen protector for my iPhone 6s. I is a genuine Spigen product and is supposed to be covered under their warranty. I contacted the company's support group via email to explain my issue and they told me to go back to the seller. I explained that I was calling to request a warranty replacement since Spigen has a lifetime warranty for the product. My warranty is with Spigen and not the seller. The item is authentic, but I do not have the product serial number because I assumed it was not going to break so easily. My assumption is MFG defect and I want a replacement for the item which is under warranty. I purchased the item on 11/27/2015.Desired Settlement: I request that the item be replaced.

Review: I have contacted Spigen 3 times regarding request of a form to return a product and have not heard back. They state it takes 2-3 days to return emails, but I'm going on close to a week now of not hearing anything back. I only have 30 days to return a product. They also have no customer service by phone, everything is done by email, which I'm not sure is working or legit at this point.Desired Settlement: I want to return my product and get reimbursed for my order. I was going to get correct size but now decided to not do business w/ this company again.

Review: I ordered 3 cases from Spigen Ebay store with a shipping date of 5-7 business days. The products was ordered and paid on 09/23. I have been trying to contact the business multiple time using direct ebay email , direct Spigen support email, and call corporate office (left messages). I also contacted Spigen through their Facebook page with numerous messages. I have not gotten any response from them. At this point I do not want to have anything to do with this company, they are a fraud. I want a full refund on all 3 of my purchases.

I have stage 4 cancer and do not need this stress. I just want my money back and move on.

Their FB account is full of complains similar to mine, their eBay account has over 1K of negative feedback, their yelp account is full of negative reviews with delivery and non communication. I don't understand why they are continuing to post feature products. They need to stop taking more orders until the current orders are fulfilled. That is the responsible and ethical way of doing business. I am also reporting this to the California State Attorney Office (Kamala D. Review: I placed an order with this company on 9/12/2014 which stated a 7-10 business day delivery. The on 9/29 I recieved an email dating this delivery was going to take an additional 2 weeks. I cancelled the order on 10/1, and still have not recieved any kind of refund on my credit card. Review: We ordered a iPhone6 case on September 21, 2014 and were charged $34.99 and charged on same day for a product we have yet to receive. Their website professes "Live Chat" to chat with representatives, but no where on their website is there a link to connect to the chat feature. We have emailed twice, but only my son received a reply days after he contacted them. I had to Google to find a phone number because their website does not list it, and then they do not answer their phone, but ask you to leave a message. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered.Desired Settlement: I am contacting my bank to alert of the false charges, but I desire for Spigen to be put out of business!

Review: I ordered a iPhone 6 Plus Case Wallet S on October 5 2014. The total cost was $44.04. On October 11 2014 I contacted Spigen and cancelled order: [redacted]. They responded on October 21 2014 and confirmed the cancellation and promised me a refund within the next 3-5 business days.

Today it's the 9:th of December 2014 and despite having contacted them about the refund several times, no money has been transfered back to my bank account. Today they're not even responding to the e-mails I've sent.Desired Settlement: I'd simply want my money back. A total of $44.04.

Review: Order #[redacted] -- placed 9/13/14. Website stated product would be available 9/30/14.

Email sent from Spigen 9/29/14 saying delayed 2 more weeks. Nothing yet received as of 10/14/14 --- one month after order was placed, and now outside their "2 week delay" window.

Multiple attempts made via email to find status of overdue item. All unanswered, save for form letter response.

Multiple calls made to various extensions at customer service phone line 949-502-5121 are all going to VOICEMAIL. Not able to get through to anyone.

They have also disabled any online chat options via their website.

If possible, I'd like for the information below to be ADDED to my complaint -- #[redacted].

UPDATE: I was emailed a shipping notice from Spigen on 10/15/14, and would like to add the USPS tracking number to my complaint so that it can also be monitored by the Revdex.com. The tracking information --- as of 10/17/14 at 1:40pm PST --- states that only the shipping label has been created. No item has actually shipped as of yet. According to complaints I have read from other disgruntled Spigen customers, shipping labels are created when a Revdex.com complaint is put in, but the item is not leaving the warehouse in a timely manner, if at all. My USPS Tracking # [redacted] for review.

Also, their customer service phone number [redacted]1) continues to go to voicemail and online chat remains unavailable ......Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order --- free of charge.

Not being able to get through to customer service at all is UNACCEPTABLE.

Review: I placed an order directly from Spigen website. Never received an email confirmation that my order was/is being processed, however I checked the balance on the gift card used and there was a $36.98 hold on the card, which was my price at check out. I've emailed the company a number of times via email provided on the website to get an order number or ship/rec date something to no avail. I've reached out to them via their facebook page as well still no response. There is no contact number that I could find to call them directly. I've gone back and have read other reviews and a lot of people are having the same issue with this company. I was better off ordering my case off of amazon.Desired Settlement: I want some kind of acknowledgement from the company that my order was received and I would like my purchase in a timely fashion. If they can not provide the item I would like a full refund.

Review: Spigen Inc is knowingly selling flawed and defective iPhone 6 & 6Plus CASES. I and my others have purchase their Spigen Neo Hybrid Metal cases and their products causes problems with the cellular reception. If you check on Amazon for their product review you will see many complaints. But Spigen Inc does not answer their phones or emails. No resolution is set nor refunds and a lot of people cannot cancel their existing orders even though they are weeks away from actual ship dates.Desired Settlement: $30.50 for the amount charged which included a rush shipping cost.Also and additional $5 for me to have to ship it back to them.

Review: Provided picture of defective product, and was promised a replacement under the warrant period, or a refund through the warranty department. Had opted to have a replacement, but after 2 months I have yet to receive this. I have recently requested a refund, but Spiegen has been ignoring these emails along with the last several emails. Review: I purchased three products from Spigen on 26 September. I received a confirmation of my order and my card was charged for the items. I sent an email to the company through their website on 29 September requesting shipping information. Received an automated memo stating that it was taking a few days...3-5...for them to respond to email. Other than another automated memo with a mass apology for them not getting things done...as of this writing...7 October...I still have nothing from Spigen. No shipping information, no status on my order...nothing.

I managed to find a phone number to call Spigen via Yelp. On 6 October...I left a voice mail at extension 201. I also attempted to make contact with extension 100...which was stated on the massaging system to be the front desk. No answer on any line. So it appears they have decided to stop answering the phones.

I even attempted to make contact via Twitter on 7 October. No response.

Judging from the responses I am seeing on Yelp...Spigen has basically chosen to ignore all customer queries. It almost appears to be a scam. They have taken my money and are now ignoring my inquiries about my order.

Where I come from...this is called theft.Desired Settlement: I want the shipping information for my order and my products immediately.

Review: Spigen is using or contracting reviews on online websites by giving away discount items in exchange of "honest reviews".

but they use this practice on many of their products

This practice artificially boost their products popularity and influence legitimate buyers like me in their purchase decision.

Essentially I purchased a product that is non-functional. A screen protector for the Nexus 5X, based on these reviews.

Clearly the practice of providing discounted items in exchange for an honest review has the sole objective of inflating a product perceived quality. The above link is a great example of the misrepresentation of a product quality.Desired Settlement: Spigen should stop providing discounted items in exchange for reviews and let legitimate customer provide their own feedback.

Review: I placed an order on September 18th, 2014. I was patient as they informed me of high demand for this new case for the iPhone 6 Plus and the fact that that the delivery would be delayed. Upon receiving the product 10/23/14, I was so frustrated with the multiple emails from Spigen regarding more delays, that I wanted to return the product for a refund at that point. I followed the instructions to go to their website to begin the return process. On Oct. 29th, they finally responded to my email regarding my intention to return for a refund. They said I needed to print a form, complete, and return the package (at my own expense), and then provide them with the tracking number. After doing all of these things (I have all emails, sent and received), I made note that they received the return package via UPS on 11/07/14 and signed for at their location by an employee named "Lee". As of today, 11/17/2014 I have still not received a refund. I attempt to call, and there's simply no answer (nothing happens), I email customer service w/ a copy of the UPS confirmation of delivery of my return, and nothing. I simply want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my purchase of $57.44 refunded to my Discover card (card used for initial purchase on their website).

I attempted to contact customer service via email two different times, to get a return label so that I could return the cell phone case. Neither email/request was acknowledged. Review: On 3 October 2015, an order was placed for iPhone 6S cases. These items had multiple anticipated ship dates that originally were viewed as acceptable.

On 14 October 2015, I sent an inquiry E-mail requesting status of my order. The company responded stating that a portion of my order had been refunded due to issues with the manufacturere and my items would be prepared for shipment on 14 October 15.

On 19 October I received my shipment, with one item missing and a note stating that it was on the way.

As of 24 October 2015, I have yet to receive my full order.

Three weeks to wait for an item as simple and small as a mobile phone case is beyond acceptable.Desired Settlement: I would request Spigen ship the remaining item via overnight/express service at their expense or fully refund the costs associated with the remaining item on my order.

Review: They do not provide customer service via phone, e-mail or live chat despite prompts on their website!

I ordered a few products from the Spigen website on September 26, 2014. The site claims that they will ship within 48 hours but the order has yet to ship. Only a shipping label has been created, but nothing has been processed or shipped. The tracking number of the shipping label is where communication dropped off. The site claims that you can "live chat" with a customer service representative, but there are no links to do so. They do not provide a phone number for customer service and require you to e-mail them for any inquiries through their website. However, they do not answer any e-mails or provide a confirmation that your e-mail was sent. I have sent various e-mails and all have gone unanswered. I tracked down the phone number for their offices but all extensions direct you to voicemail boxes and no live support. Spigen offers no communication with their customers.

Upon further investigation I realized I was not the only customer with this issue. Yelp has a page solely for the review of their customer service and I found that everyone had a similar experience. Please see the complaints of other consumers via the following link.

There is no reason why in today's day and age a company does not offer customer assistance online, via phone and/or answer e-mails. They promptly charged my credit card, but failed to hold up their end of the transaction.Desired Settlement: I would like some type of communication on behalf of the company. An acknowledgement of my concerns and a refund of purchase. Complimentary provision of the products I ordered would be appreciated, but not necessary. I simply want the company to recognize that this is unacceptable and unethical!
