We have tested our Neo Hybrid Metal case and have not noticed the case causing any reception issues this is including wifi and bluetooth Certain areas might have weaker signal which will cause a
variance in the reception strength
But of course we want to make sure you are satisfied with the purchase, so we can issue a return label for the case to be sent back to us for a full refund of the purchase

Dear ***, Our apologies that we were not able to work out the issue tin our previous emails sent through our support center Your package left our warehouse with no delays on our end
(***) Your order was placed on 2/14/which was a Sunday, so your order was processed the next available business day The tracking can take some additional time to update depending on the carrier and the route the package is taken It seems there was a lot of rerouting in regards to this package for whatever reason The tracking shows much movement through New York, where eventually it states the receiver refused the delivery on 2/26/ There was no updates until 3/3/where the tracking shows the package as processed through an office in Jersey City, NY We hope the package will make it back to our warehouse in a timely manner Once returned we would have definitely issued a refund It does look like a chargeback has been opened which means that the funds are no longer with us and your credit company will now continue the claim with us We will continue to work with them to close this our accordingly If you still have further issues, please continue to message us at ***. We are very sorry for this misunderstanding.
We are not sure where you saw the 5-business day delivery period At the time of purchase, all three orders were at a handling period of business days The estimated delivery periods are at the
end of October and into November (You may check this through your eBay account.)
However we do understand there can be confusions One of three orders has been cancelled and the refund has been issued The other two orders have been processed and the tracking should begin to update shortly if they have not already
Prepaid return labels have been emailed if you wish to return the cases for a full refund Once received at our warehouse and processed, we will issue a full refund on those two cases.

I am writing with regards to a complain which I filed against SpigenAs I have rejected the response from the company and while waiting for them to reply to Revdex.com, I realized that the company had cancelled my order without checking or even refunding meI have never said anything about canceling my order in my emails and correspondence with either Spigen or Revdex.com, so I do not understand how the company can just cancel my orderThere is no refund made to my credit card, and no email from the company stating that my order is cancelledI only found out from checking on the order status in my accountThis is very unethical of the business as they have already charged my credit cardSo now I have paid for products that were never sent to meThis is a blatant fraud case and till today the website is still taking ordersI hope Revdex.com will be able to get a refund back from the company for me.
