They did respond to me directly but the response was not what I asked for from...

them.  Instead of canceling one order they cancelled both.  At first I asked that they not cancel both orders, just one.  I was so frustrated with them that I emailed them back and asked them to cancel both orders and I took my business elsewhere.  I do not know what they are going to do, send me one order or none.  If I receive ANYTHING from them I will not open it and send it back to them.

I still have received zero restitutionforgive me if I don't believe you it will ever show as your customer service has lied to me in the past about the very same matter.  Now I see they not only lied to me but also purposefully changed my status to further ignore my emails requesting support.
