I was shipped a faulty IPhone 6 case (Neo Hybrid model) in which the buttons did not work properly. Customer support is the worst, they do not even have a phone number listed on their site. When submitting questions via e-mail, expect to wait several weeks for a response. Poorly run business.

Review: I purchased two Neo Hybrid Gunmetal iPhone 6 Plus cases on 9/13/14 (Order # [redacted]). The website stated the item was in stock and subject to normal handling times (3-5 business days). I received an email from Spigen on 9/22/14 stating that due to "high demand" my order was subject to a "7-10 business day extended handling time." Spigen contacted me once again on 9/29/14 stating, "your package has unfortunately been delayed for another 2 weeks." At this point I was done with their excuses concerning poor logistics. I submitted an order cancellation request to [email protected]. The company never processed my request or replied to my email. I finally received the package on 10/10/14. The package was returned to USPS unopened and it was marked "Return to Sender" (as instructed in prior Spigen emails). It has been over two weeks and still no refund or reply from Spigen.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of $78.43 ($69.98 + $8.45 shipping).

On 3-29-16 I ordered a cell phone case for my daughter. It is now 4-4-16 and Spigen's system indicates "only" that my order was placed and that no processing of the order has occurred. I've emailed and called (leaving reason, name & number). No response. This company (on-line) gives every indication of good service and then, in a way, disappears off the radar screen. Gives me the indication they may be going out of business????? Virtually no customer service available. Placing the order was quite easy. Afterwards, nothing. Shame on them.

Review: I had purchased a cell phone case for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 order # [redacted] when I received the item it was the wrong color, I ordered a white case and was sent a black one. I emailed customer service twice on this issue and they never responded, I also contacted them by phone at (949)502-5121 ext [redacted] and no one returned my call either. I had also placed a second order # [redacted] and I emailed them twice to cancel that order and refund my card due to the lack of customer service I have received on my first order and yet again no response to any of my four emails and voice mail that I left them.Desired Settlement: On the first order I would simply like to exchange the unopened case for the white one which I initially ordered. The second order I want to cancel and have the money refunded to my card.

Review: I ordered a case on the 13th of September in preparation for the iPhone 6 release. On the website it said "Ships in 1-3 days," so I waited. Three business days went buy and not a tracking number, went online to see if there's a problem, it showed "ships in 7-14 days." So I emailed them asking for help, I got an email back asking for my shipping info and order number, after that communication was none existence. I emailed them after waiting 14 days with no sign of my product. Again failed to respond with an actual agent, rather they just sent the same automated email apologizing and stating shipping times are longer. I emailed them to cancel on the 15th day, no response. A week later on Saturday the 4th of October, I emailed them asking for their manager's personal email. They had "created a shipping label" that day. So I assumed that my product was getting shipped and was going to let it go. BUT NO! They had created a shipping label just to stall their unavailability and to avoid cancellation! It is now the 4th business day after the shipping label has been created, and no sign of a product being shipped. I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure that's Fraud.Desired Settlement: Well on behave of everyone who has had this problem in the past month, I would like that you guys shut them down or run them out of business, but that's not going to happen. Just make sure they don't sell another product to another victim until they get their act straight.

Review: I ordered a case from this company weeks ago and still have not recieved the case I emailed there support department twice and haven't gotten any response in weeks. I request a immediate refund of the case I ordered that never shipped as I had to buy a case elsewhere. They have a contact number with no direct away to actually speak to a individual. Review: I purchased a iPhone case, product was not out of stock, shipping was supposed to be as of the 7th of the month. We are now on the 12th. My phone was accidentally dropped with no case because of the lack of service by Spigen. I tried contacting Spigen before filing a complaint but was never ever able to get a hold of a live person, voicemail is always full and does not allow me to leave a voicemail. I now have a brand new damaged iPhone. I honestly do not know what I what out of this because I am so upset that my new and very expensive phone was damaged which could have been prevented if Spigen would have not dropped the ball on their quality of service.Desired Settlement: An apology, better customer service, better delivery, and a freebie for my time wasted and damaged phone.

Review: I bought a iPhone 6 GLAS.tR and a iPhone 6 slim armor case on September 13, 2014. Neither product ended up working out so I returned them and they were received by Spigen on November 14, 2014. The email read that Spigen had received my package and the return process would take 5-7 days. I asked them to accept my return after the 30 days because they didn't send me a RMA form until October 30th (almost a month after I'd requested one) and as far as I know they did accept my return request. Shortly after I'd revived an email saying Spigen had received my return I have started receiving what I believe to be phishing emails from "[redacted]". I contacted Spigen on November 21, 2014 asking if they could've possibly been real (noting I paid with a debit card), and on December 1, 2014 I had received a response saying that Spigen refunds money through the original payment method. Later in the month I tried to contact Spigen that I still hadn't received my refund and later re-contacted Spigen about the issue. To this day (January 18, 2015) I haven't received a response from Spigen customer service or my money. I get that Spigen is having troubles processing the high demands for their products, but TWO months to process a return is ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund subtotaling $64.98.

Review: Ordered the iphone 6 Plus Aluminum Bumper Neo Hybrid Metal 9/16/14 and package expected on 10/7/14. Nothing arrived as of 10/11/14. Tracking number provided on Amazon 10/3/14 stated mailing slip requested but item not received by seller. I tried to contract Spigen 5 times by e-mail and phone and we only have received an auto response. There has been no formal communication received by customer service directly and issues has not been resolved. The charges were taken from my account and the item has not been received nor has anyone responded to my inquires. The time an effort to contact and follow-up on this item has wasted hours of mine time. I like to raise this as an awareness of the company invalid advistisement and mis-information provided to the general public.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my ordered product promptly and be compensated partially or fully on the cost of the item for my time wasted trying to contact customer service, tracking the invalid tracking number, writing e-mails/calling Spigen on numerous occasion, checking my bank statement, writing this complaint here and on Amazon.

Review: Purchased 2 iPhone 6 Plus cases advertised as in stock. Spigen took over a month to ship, they were not in stock. They shipped incorrect items. I sent repeated emails to Spigen with no response. I purchased via PayPal and filed a complaint. Spigen responded to PayPal they would resolve the complaint. I sent them all information regarding the purchase order number, date, etc... in the email they originally sent to me. They responded with a PDF form that I was to complete with my order number, email and date purchased. They already had this information in the email. They also said I would be relponsible for return shipping even though they made the mistake. If you call the phone number listed for Spigen on the BBS web site, you get voice mail regardless of the time or day.Desired Settlement: Refund with Spigen paying return shipping within 3 business days with no further discussions.

I purchased the Spigen iphone 6 screen protector as shown here http://www.spigen.com/brands/apple/iphone/iphone-6/iphone-6/iphone-6-screen-prot... />
Upon installation, I noticed it does not cover the entire screen and is off by a millimeter in width which means the entire screen is not protected and is visually distracting since there is a line running on one side of the screen.

I sent an email to request a replacement or refund on 10/12/14 and have emailed twice since with no response.

Review: Ordered products on website, credit card charged and received shipping information immediately but no shipment was sent, customer service unresponsive

Purchased one Spigen Galaxy S5 Electric Blue Armor (model SGP10753) case on 9-18-2014 at around 11:20AM. The order number is [redacted]. That evening I received an email with the tracking information for UPS. It is now September 24 and the tracking information shows that the package has not been picked up. I contacted UPS and was told that they attempted pickup but no package was available for pickup. I have emailed twice with no response and called (all voicemail boxes are full). A quick look at Spigen's social media pages shows that all recent posts by their company are commented on by many angry people who have placed orders far before me and still not received them and have had the same non-responsive customer service experience.Desired Settlement: I want the case that I ordered shipped overnight and received tomorrow.

Review: I purchased a Samsung Note 4 neo hybrid metal for $34.99 on March 27, 2015 from spigen. No email was sent to me confirm my purchase. I emailed Spigen not to send the product because I had purchased the wrong case. Derek wrote back on March 30, 2015 and said it was being sent out already and to post it as return to sender. I returned the package on April 3, 2015 with a return to sender. I emailed twice to Spigen about my refund on April 22 and the 24. Diana have answered me once but have disregard my other mail.Desired Settlement: All purchases will have an email confirming the purchase. My refund and a letter apologizing for the inconvenience. A number instead of an email for contact would be great as well.

Review: Review: Spigen offered Stabilizer Buttons to fix the pre-release Neo Hybrid Case, which I purchased on September 16th, 2014. They mailed me an envelope except it was empty and did not contain the buttons. They promised to resolve the issue by sending me another envelope but they reneged on their promise. Multiple attempts to contact them via email have not resolved the issue and they have stopped replying to my emails all together. I am extremely disappointed by the disdain they show to their customers and I will never buy another of their product!Desired Settlement: Send me the stabilizer buttons or accept the item back for a full refund.

Review: I originally contacted Spigen via email (because they do not list a phone number) in August about a defective phone case and request for replacement. Within a week I was contacted for a picture of defective product and more info. After it was provided, I did not hear from customer service again for over a month, even with multiple emails. I post a negative review on Facebook and immediately I get an email promising a replacement. Nothing was ever sent, multiple emails later I am simply ignored. They refuse to replace their defective product or even answer their emails.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to be reimbursed for failed product and for Spigen to hire a decent customer support department.
