I lived in an area that had Sprint service and gladly signed up. My husband lost his job and we had to move. It ended up being an area that didn't have Sprint Service. They let me out of my contract and I asked to purchase my phone so I could continue to use it until by chance we got employment back in a Sprint area. I paid over $600 for the phone and have called numerous times and spent numerous hours to see if they would do the right thing by either making it usable or refunding my money and let me send the phone back that won't work with anyone else and all I got was a lady named Jane telling me I signed a contract and they cant state that it would work if I purchased it. Needless to say after months and months of believing they were different- they are not- they don't care about their customers and don't care if you show an allegiance to them.
Sprint overcharges my account. In order to have the bill corrected you must call each billing cycle. There have been times when corrections were not made and Sprint does not hold an accountability to overcharging my account. The representatives have been kind but highly misleading or they make false promises that are either, deliberate due to lack of accountability or they some forget to note it down in my file. I spoke with a manager, and when I asked her what, when and how many times I'd be charged this billing cycle, she was either confused and did not know, or she did knew, but did not know how to explain her solution was to charge me two phone bill cycles in one billing period. I never received a call back from her supervisor, who I was told was unavailable due to an escalation call, even though I can hear someone in the background coaching her. I've had to call four times in the 6 months I've been with Sprint, for the same issue. They don't seem to keep complete records of customer phone calls. BAD BUSINESS

Have been a sprint customer for 17 years. Their serves are great, their customer service however not at all. Billing and problems are a nightmare with sprint. I had to finally switch just to get relief. I personally have excellant credit, no problems with any companies or banks but for some reason I can't have a touble free relationship with Sprint. Funny after paying 1650.00 just to get away from them there still sending bills. I paid the 1650 to buy all my phones out just to run from them. Now one of their employees didn't send one of the 4 phones back to them so it's my problem.

I terminated my contract with Sprint weeks ago and switched carriers. I paid the remaining balance (including phone leasing balances) and my account balance was $0. Yesterday $647.05 was withdrawn from my bank account. When I checked my account this morning and noticed the withdrawal, I called customer service. They stated it will take 3-5 business days to be refunded the money. My mortgage and a number of other bills are to be paid over the next 3-5 days which I cannot now cover because of what is now missing in the account. I was not given any answers as to why the money with withdrawn in the first on a $0 balance and as to why it was withdrawn so quickly but takes days to be refunded. I was also told that if I had called the day it was withdrawn they would have been able to refund it but since I called today - 1 day later - it is not possible. Was not able to reach a complaint line or the finance department directly. Not an enjoyable experience and not sure how I'll pay my upcoming bills until Sprint decides to refund my money - if they ever do.

I had a terrible experience with Sprint on October 30th 2017. I had purchased a pocket wifi on Oct 20 and returned it on the 21st as it did not work. There was no service. I received a message telling me I needed to return the device to avoid fees. I called in to resolve the situation and talked to a man who I think he said his name was "omitted 1". I gave him the information I had and he could not find my account. After trying to push me off for 20 minutes I requested to talk to his supervisor. 15 minutes later after repeated requests to talk to a supervisor I finally got to talk to "omitted 2 ". She told me I needed to return to the store where I bought the pocket wifi to return it. I kept trying to make them understand the device had already been returned. I requested that she transfer me to customer service. She tried to keep me from talking with them saying she was the last person I could talk to. After another half hour of requesting to talk to customer service I was finally transferred. I explained everything again to customer service and they were able to address the problem. "Omitted 1 and Omitted 2" were two of the most obnoxious and infuriating people I have ever talked to. They repeatedly did not listen to what the problem was and I continually told them that what they repeated back to me was not the problem I had. I hope I never need help again.

Sprint is horrible!!! I called to upgrade 2 lines and was the phone for 4 hours and still didn't not get an upgrade on either line. They claimed they could not upgrade 1 of the lines due to sprint not updating the contract to the proper phone when the note 7 was returned more than a year ago. I spoke to people who claim to be manager but did nothing and lied about putting notes in the system. It took 3.5 hours to get who I hope was a real manager. That didn't absolutely nothing!!!!! Besides say she is sorry. I didn't need a sorry I needed an upgrade, sprint dropped the ball and had me running around in circles transferring me to care then sales then care again. Why must a customer have to go through all of that for a mistake on the corporations end. I am very disappointed with sprint my husband has had sprint since nextel and this is how they treat there loyal customers. Well sprint thanks but no thanks I will take my money and business else where.
