Sprint Now Part of T-Mobile Reviews (%countItem)

About two years ago I bought two cell phones from Sprint, then about six months later I added a tablet for my wife which they told me free as a promo, but actually paid monthly by using it. after two years I then switched to another company and I am still paying my monthly dues with my tablet. Then on the last two months of my contract with my tablet Sprint is charging me a reconnection fee on the tablet for $36.00. I asked them why I am charged with such fee? where in fact my tablet hasn't been cut off its service. I want to think that this is how Sprint is making money. Instead of keep on asking them to waive it off politely which they don't listen and all your talking and reasoning to them will be futile, so I just let it go and pay that bogus charges before I have a heart attack about it because of my anger to Sprint. I am not recommending Sprint to anyone. I will give them ZERO star if I can.

My family moved to an area that only received 2-3 bars. I was declined 2 times when submitting the proper paperwork for this reason "the area drop-call ratio was under what is allowable." I spent 5 days on the phone with supervisors, and finally I was given the verbal ok, and was told that my account would show the cancellation fee as waived. 2 weeks later I was billed. My main complaint is being tossed from rep. to rep, and then being cut off. I also do not want to pay this fee, and have been cut off twice already.

Do not get service through Sprint. Rude people. Horrible service and they will never try to fix any of your problems.

Over the past few months, I have had AWFUL experience with Sprint. When purchasing my new phone I was promised by a team an associate and a supervisor that the new phone would not change my plan, then when the phone comes, I had to upgrade my plan. Despite telling the associate and manager what I was previously told and requesting the phone call recordings be listed to for proof, they would not honor.
They also will add items to my bill that I did not ask for. Last bill was a $13 insurance fee that I later found out I was tricked into for it was presented as a required protection which it is not.
Today, my plan bill reflected a $149 AppleCare charge that I never asked for, nor did I give permission for this to be added to my plan. How can a company just add charges to a customers bill without verifying with them that they want that service? I feel bad for their other customers they are tricking into paying for more things that are not needed.

I have been dealing with Sprint since 2010. As of recent I have had several issues where as the offshore team gives out incorrect information. The calls are not documented properly . Yesterday I spent 2 1/2 hrs with 9 representatives with no resolution. I am now speaking with the 10th person and still no resolution. 7 yrs of service with you guys and I would like some form of assistance.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. EACH MONTH MY PHONE BILL IS 300 ALMOST 400 BUCKS, WHY? IT IS ONLY ME AND A KID ON THIS PHONE PLAN. NOW IM GOING THROUGH A ISSUE WHERE THEY ARE REFUSING TO TURN MY PHONE SERVICE ON OVER 33.74. IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE NON SO WHATEVER. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS??? THEN EVERYONE I SPEAK TO DOESNT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH, YOU CANT UNDERSTAND NOTHING THEY ARE SAYING,I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR WELL OVER A HOUR, WHICH IS NORMAL BEHAVIOR FROM THE SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. I AM SO OVER THIS COMPANY, HIGHLY DISGUSTED, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. MY PHONE BILL IS ONLY 167.00 AND THEY TURN THE PHONE OFF OVER 33.74 WOW.....CANT GET ANY BETTER
