As always, I called IT because I wasn’t receiving calls the lady sounded as if she was upset that I called. After being on phone for 15 mins she transferred me to customer service. When she transferred me she didn’t tell them anything about what we did. She didn’t hand me over she just disconnected after the transfer So I had to start all over with them. Suneetha in cust Ser was doing same thing previous person was doing. I kept trying to explain to Suneetha that everything I am doing with her I had already done w previous person but she didn’t seem to understand and then she was trouble shooting for an iPhone 7 even though I told her twice that I have an SE, but she kept saying to go on my iPhone 7. I asked to speak to a supervisor she said no she can’t give me a supervisor, when I insisted later on she put me on hold and then said “the supervisor told me to tell you he would do same thing I am doing and you should just go to store for help”. I dread calling your support line because they can never help. I only get help when I end up going to a store.

Sprint is the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude, non professional, poor unsatisfactory customer support . They will rip you off and raise your bill then threatened to autostart money from your card you have used to pay your bill with. I would never recommend SPRINT to anyone I was a customer for 11 years.

Sprint has blatantly lied to me twice now regarding the costs of their phones/leases/lines etc. Every time I try to speak with a manager, I am either hung up on or heft on hold for hours on end. Spoke today with manager "Frank" who hung up on me. No one is willing to hear me out or listen to my problem, definitely no one is willing to help fix my problem. Unethical, completely awfully run company.

About two years ago I bought two cell phones from Sprint, then about six months later I added a tablet for my wife which they told me free as a promo, but actually paid monthly by using it. after two years I then switched to another company and I am still paying my monthly dues with my tablet. Then on the last two months of my contract with my tablet Sprint is charging me a reconnection fee on the tablet for $36.00. I asked them why I am charged with such fee? where in fact my tablet hasn't been cut off its service. I want to think that this is how Sprint is making money. Instead of keep on asking them to waive it off politely which they don't listen and all your talking and reasoning to them will be futile, so I just let it go and pay that bogus charges before I have a heart attack about it because of my anger to Sprint. I am not recommending Sprint to anyone. I will give them ZERO star if I can.

My family moved to an area that only received 2-3 bars. I was declined 2 times when submitting the proper paperwork for this reason "the area drop-call ratio was under what is allowable." I spent 5 days on the phone with supervisors, and finally I was given the verbal ok, and was told that my account would show the cancellation fee as waived. 2 weeks later I was billed. My main complaint is being tossed from rep. to rep, and then being cut off. I also do not want to pay this fee, and have been cut off twice already.
