SPRINT makes it hard for customers to leave by not unlocking their phones even after a week.
Bill does not match what they say I am paying
IF I COULD - THIS WOULD BE A LESS THAT 1 STAR - I am appalled at what your company calls customer service. I have had nothing but misery in talking to your company. Today alone, I have spent 2.5HRS on the phone being passed around and hung up on (I am on another call now). The most recent representative to hang up on me while transferring me to the supervisor is Mae. (I will provide call times and durations at the end). After she placed me on hold, she proceeded to get back on the line to threaten me that even if I talk to a supervisor, they can't help me and I still owe the contract etc. - I had several issues with my services and phones over the past few months and this was the only unresolved issue. Instead of being met by understanding, concern or any idea how to manage customer care, your agents have threatened me, been rude, aggressive, and talked over me repeatedly, and once they can see I am not going to give into their tactics, they put my on hold, transfer my call or accidentally hang up on me.
The issue is - on one months bill, your billing charged 2 lease payments Month 17 & 18 - in addition, they charged 2 rentals for the phone - I was not given the opportunity to opt into purchasing the iPhone due to the on going billing issues we were having. My only purpose for this call was to have the now 3 payments backdated as the 6 month purchase plan and that was all.
Throughout these issues I have attempted to go into the stores with no resolve as your company has placed all authority in the call center and given your stores limited management ability.
If the rude customer service, with poor understanding of the service they provide wasn't enough, your company charged me for a lease cancellation and a non-return fee on a phone THAT WAS ALREADY ISSUED AND IN USE BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER. How does that happen?
I cannot believe how poorly everything has been, and continues to be handled by your company. Our contracts are all almost over and I have absolutely no intention on starting a new one.

Horibble company. Called just to get my text hisory and was told they wouldnt give it to me unless I had a subonea. They refused to give me my call history but have NO PROBLEM giving your personal info to the authorities. Company has horrible customer service. After I told them I had proof of a manager saying he wouldnt give it to me unless I was law enforcement. Also claimed it was against Federal Law then back tracked saying its company policy. To stop me from going public they offered me free service. They can shove it. I would love to see this company go bankrupt. Consumer BEWARE!!!
We bought a phone plan and had 14 days to return if we did not like it. After 3 days we did not have service in our work location so we returned the phone. we NEVER got any of our money back. THEN a portion of the money owed to us was placed into collections stating we owed it to them!!!!! I will NEVER deal with sprint again. It was in collections for 6 months. 4 of which we were trying to get it removed but they did not care. They said they had no proof that we ever had an account with them let alone return a phone and we needed the account number to resolve it (which we did not have because our account apparently never existed.
I have been a sprint customer for over 10 years. 18 months ago I was looking to switch and Sprint offered me a good deal. When my bill came the deal they told me I was going to get did not appear. Phone calls to customer service resulted in them telling me the employee was not authorized to offer me that deal. I threatened to leave them and they ended up giving me the deal as promised. Fast forward 20 months down the road I was able to buy my phone outright which I did. I paid my bill in full and requested that they unlock my phone. They told me it would take 3-5 days because it was done in another dept. I asked them to transfer me to them and they said they couldn't. I asked them for a phone number to call them and they said they didn't have one. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me they were all in a supervisor meeting. I spent over 5 hours trying to rectify this. Needless to say I have not been impressed with there customer service. I hope verizon is better, they sure can't be worse! They are also giving me $750 for switching three lines over and there is no contract. :) Pat
Boost Mobile has the most unprofessional workers in store and at the call center and I'm highly disappointed lol. I went in to switch my service to them and wasn't informed you can't use your phone and internet at the same time. I went back less then 24hours later to get my money back and the said they can only give me $75 for the phones (which I haven't receieved and it's been 2 weeks) and not the other $100 for the bill. I called the call center and they won't give me my money cuz they said made 2 phone calls then hung up on me. I wouldn't advise or recommend anyone to purchase anything from them

I've gone many years doing month to month phone services with multiple providers. Been with Sprint for 6 months. By far the worst.
1. The internet speed is really just crap. You can be out in the open and your service will not work. 2. I've been paying $86.00 for the past few months. In this last bill, new charges of $13.00 appeared for services or fees that were not there the last 6 half year. 3. Two months prior to the new charges, I received a text thanking me for signing up for a premium game service (3rd party) which Sprint signed me up for. How can they use my account and card to purchase a service I never authorized and never even heard of??? 4. I get bombarded with text advertisements from Sprint for their new deals and to make purchases. Before I called in and vented my frustration, Sprint telemarketers also called me with deals! They have telemarketers calling their customer!! F that.
5. Their Sprint app which you use to pay bills sometimes doesn't connect to the internet.
By far the worst phone service provider I've been with. After reading some reviews on here, I feel more that Sprint cheats their customers.

Really unhappy with the store on Little York and HWY 59, bought a phone 30 days ago will not hold wifi or a charge. Told clerk phone is to new and this is my 3rd time in plus on customer service line with tech support, was willing to buy a different phone pay the difference. She said her boss wasn't in ask name only knew his first name didn't know when he would be in ask her to call him she couldn't. I been with Boostmobile since 2011 bad customer service that requires you to buy insurance for their non working products. If a real bad situation came up who do you call. Nonsense, looking for another phone carrier, like right now????????
This is honestly the worst phone service/ scam I have ever experienced in my life. They are nothing but lies and when you keep calling and keep calling and try to reach someone to help you, no one can ever return a simple phone call. Or when you call Customer service (if you even want to call it that) The people on the other line transfer you to a department that can NOT even help you and when they try to transfer you back, it always hangs up. And Who wants to call back to go through that process again after being on hold for 30 min or more to begin with. There is NEVER any service when I need it and I can always use my phone in certain areas and my calls are always dropped!!! I have no idea how Sprint is even in business anymore after everyone I have spoke to about these issues and they are all having the same problems.
They advertise on TV and billboards for being the best in service when they are the absolute worst service ever!!!! I cant not wait until I can hopefully get some of this mess resolved and switch back to T-Mobile where they actually care about their customers and know how to return a simple phone call!!

I am having a nightmare experience with Sprint and just when it couldn’t get worst, it does. I have reached out to Sprint in every way that I can they give me dead end offers like I am a i
t so now I am entertaining the offers of other mobile carriers and went to their stores on the weekend. I finally find myself ready to take full advantage of the switch.
My problem is that I pay $191, almost $200 dollars a month and I don’t even have unlimited wifi data. I am so sick of every month my phone slowing up from usage of GB. Other carriers are offering such amazing promotions, I would be a fool to continue with Sprint. The customer service is so inconsistent that its sickening.
I have a small crack on my phone and I thought it was very strange because I when I got these new phones, they provided cases and SCREEN PROTECTORS. In fact the associate took both of our phones to the back to install. I dropped my phone on the carpet and it made a small crack on the side. We were exploring plans at another carrier only to discover, there is no protector on either screen!

I have left Sprint and gone back to Verizon because their service is so bad it would be an improvement if it was terrible. I have had problems with their customer service each time I call. The representatives have made promises and not followed through and not returned calls and now I am trying to get my wife's number unlocked but it still has not been after 3 days. I keep getting the run around. I paid off her phone 3 days ago but their line is that it takes 3 to 5 days to unlock it. That is unacceptable. My mother-in-laws phone was already paid off and they unlocked it immediately. I will never use this company again.
Scam company. Avoid Sprint. They sell misleading and fraudulent contracts. If you are going to sign up for Sprint be prepared to have a lawyer along with you and also expect the worst possible customer service and lowest tier phone service at a premium price. False advertising, horrendous service both on the customer end as well as the cellular service itself. Do not sign up for Sprint. It may save you a few bucks a month over a more highly accredited company but it will cost you more in the long run. I was told I would own the phone after my 2 year contract was up and that I would just pay the service fee after that. Now I am being told it's a lease and that I can either buy the phone outright for hundreds of dollars or return it and cancel and pay a cancellation fee of a couple hundred dollars. They are designed to lock you in and drain you of your money and make it so switching to another carrier requires way too many hoops to jump through. I will be speaking with an attorney on the contract I signed. I am fed up with Sprint customer service, Sprint "Care", and corporate. This company has brand recognition but the service that once was has gone down the toilet.

I really just wanted to express my disgust with your company as a whole. I’ve never dealt with a company who’s employees were not on the same page. Every time I spoke with someone, I was told a different thing. And even when I explained that to the 2 supervisors I talked to in customer care they said there was nothing they could do. I originally was upset because I was misquoted for the price of my phone bill. I called in and no one was willing to give me a discount. They told me they don’t give discount. Even though I went over pricing with the sales rep several times before getting off the phone. So I decided I was going to return my phone and the supervisor that I spoke with on the phone told me since it was still within the first week of me having the phone I just had to take it into a store. I did that and NO ONE told me I had to pay the restocking fee which was $45. So when I got to the store I explained that to the sales rep. He told me since it wasn’t explained to me all I had to do was call customer care back and y’all would waive the fee and send me the kit to send the phone back. So I called you guys back the same day and I spoke to another sales rep and supervisor and they both told me it’s not true and if they send me the kit I would have to pay the restocking fee and the first months bill even though I hadn’t used the phone. But you guys always advertise that we can cancel with non issues within the first 30 days. So I ended up going back to the store on July 13 and I just paid the restocking fee. I got my refund check for the down payment. The man said my services were cancelled. I got an email this past weekend August 4th saying I still owed $86 dollars. I called customer care AGAIN and the lady tried to say I was responsible for it even though I never used the phone. I went back and fourth with her for 30mins. She finally comes back after putting me on hold telling me not to worry. I will not be responsible for the $86 dollars. I just want to know why everyone lies so much in your company. Why does everyone say different things? I will NEVER use you guys again and I will NEVER recommend your company. Ive never heard of a company that “can’t” fix their mistakes. No. You guys just didn’t want to. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer
If I could give this company a negative star rating, I certainly would. This was by far the WORST decision I have made in the last 5 years. The standard M.O. appears to be to give you the best experience possible, until your period for recourse is past, then they can't help you. If I hear "I understand your situation" one more time, I am going to vomit. This is not a good company. Their coverage is abysmal. "Pass the buck" should be their slogan. WARNING TO ALL: If you engage with this company, you WILL be screwed.
My 81 year-old mother hadn't had service and over two weeks and gets no help from Sprint in Stillwater Oklahoma
I tried their service in October 2018. I was not happy with the service so I disconnected after 2 days--within the timeframe without being charged anything. After that, I started receiving emails stating I owed Sprint. From October until February of 2019, I called reps stated I didn’t owe. I don't have the devices and service was disconnected after 2 days. And every time I was told that I had a $0 balance; yet I was still getting emails with past due balances and then I started receiving calls from a credit collection agency--GCS Services. I explained to them that Sprint stated that I don't owe anything. I faxed over emails of receipts that showed all devices were turned in at the store and in a timely manner. After Sprint constantly told me I didn't owe anything, I assumed everything was taken care of. But I still received past due emails and GCS was still calling me. So, I check my credit report and Sprint is on my report! I am soooo furious.
I call on July 27, 2019 and was given the same speech that I had a zero balance. I call back today to check the status and was told again that I have a zero balance and the case was resolved on July 28, 2019. I asked the rep how will this be corrected on my credit report. She stated I would have to contact GCS and she transferred me to them. GCS stated the file was no longer in their office, it was sent back to Sprint and I needed to contact Sprint. So, I call Sprint for the 2nd time today for a rep to put me on hold for 15 MINUTES and never came back to the line to let me know if he was handling the issue, getting assistance, etc. I assumed he put me on hold that long without coming back to me so I would hang up and that’s what I did. I called for the 3rd time today and was told I am at a $0 balance but as far as it clearing my credit report I would have to handle that. Since this should have NEVER been on my credit report, I think SPRINT needs to handle it. I have been given the run around with this bill and their customer service since October of 2018 and it is RIDICULOUS!! I have never experienced such disappointment with a service in my life.
Sprint is the worst. The protection plans that they charge $15.00 a month for is a scam. One of my phones the screen cracked it should be $29.00 to replace but no. Went into Sprint in Truesberry Ma at 3:30pm off of mass pike. The i
t and manager said they would not fix because the phone was not sitting level. Dumbasses its because the camera sticks out (I Phone) and has nothing to do with screen. Told me I needed to go to Apple store and pay $100.00 to fix. They did not obviously no how to fix screens.

I did the 18 mo lease I decided to upgrade after my lease was done so before I sent phone back I called up CS and talked to them and they went over with me everything I had to do to send the older phone back to avoid fees phone was in great working order just wanted to upgrade since it was free so I sent it back they got it and next thing I see is 195.00 dollar fee for damages I called CS again talked for 2 hours the lady couldnt tell me what the so called damage was there was just a code she said she was going to take it off forward 2 weeks looked on my bill same charge I called back got same lady Ann she said now it says its a valis charge and she was going to open a case for review and then she said Im not the one you talked to I asked to check notes she said she check I asked to read the notes and she couldnt because she never took any they lie there was no damage done to the phone and they just put anything down so they can charge you fees you charge someone but you cant even say what was damage its lies dont go with this company I stuck for 18 more months now and I know Ill have to pay but once thats over theyll never get a nother dime from me wish the goverment yould investigate these companies for consumers and Im sorry to Revdex.com but you dont make a difference anymore.
