Sprint Now Part of T-Mobile Reviews (%countItem)

Boost mobile is just a bunch of crooks who will take your money and refuse to fix their service (which happens to be the WORST service from ANY provider around). Their customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! Stay away from Boost Mobile if you’re looking for a service that works!!!

I'm frustrated with Sprint. Ok I did forget when I bought I the phone by 2 months, but I do know when my service That I'm pay for started to mess up. I bought the iPhone XR in December of 2018. In March of 2019 my phone started dropping calls, had to redial several times before the calls would go through. people can barely hear me when talking on the phone and my volume is all the way up and I can't any WIFI service outside of my home. Their service SUCK!!!!!!
I'm so, so tired of calling support and taking my phone to one of their stores and my phone still isn't fixed. Then they want to charge me for a phone that has not worked since March.
I even called the Corporate and still no results!!! They make me want to say words I don't even say. I'm older and I don't need my blood pressure to be elevated like this. If I'm paying for service and a service contract why can't I get a new phone??????? I'm just saying.
The only store I've been in that had good customer service is Annapolis. The others were NOT GOOD!!!! They acted as if we don't pay for service that they are suppose to be providing. Why, just tell me why am aI paying for a service contract if they are not going to provide the service!!!!! We've been a customer with them since 1999 and you think they would treat us with some respect.
I'm very sorry I had to release this, but I just want the service I'm paying for and some respect please.

Aggravating to find out that after the 18 month lease on an iPhone, sprint will still take the installments and not apply them to the purchase. 3 months later you get a text saying to choose a buyout option. The contract for lease states you can pay and additional 6 months to buy out the remainder. Seems that text would come the month of the lease end or the default would be the 6 additional monthly payments. They come out in my case $165 + ahead, because I have to wait for the next billing cycle making it 4 monthly installments that do go towards the buyout.

Sprint customer service lied to me on multiple occasions and dropped phone calls in the middle of the conversation.

This is the worst experience I have had to date with any cellular company. Deceptive practices! I will never tell anyone to sign up with Sprint. I signed a contract for 18 months, which stated the payment terms and conditions. So, when I received a bill for over 70 dollars more per month it shocked me! I made a call to Sprint and after nearly two hours they explained to me that despite having signed a contract that did not include a rate increase there was nothing that could be done. I repeated the representatives wording back to them and asked are you telling me that even though a contract is legally binding that it is Sprint's practice not to honor their own contract. I explained that if there was any inclination that my bill would increase by nearly 70 dollars I would have never had any dealings with this "company". Sprints practices are deceptive and under-handed. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

DARE you call and ask for a payment arrangement for your bill, I called on 08/01/2019 at about 8:05AM to arrange a payment arrangement for the remaining balance on my account which was $29.64 which I did not have the money to pay the rest after I've already paid a pretty high bill as it is. I get paid on August 5th so I figured a few days wouldn't hurt and I understand there is late fees involved etc. which I have no problem with, my problem was when that I had to call into two different agents the first one would NOT accept my $29 agreement WITHOUT a card...well my bank card recently was lost and I'm still waiting on a replacement so other then that I do not have a card to charge BUT regardless if you look at my account I am a "CASH paying customer" I do not pay my phone bill with a card I visit the store every time! I asked her to please verify and see that, that is in fact how I pay she refused to help me and continued to say "I need a card or I cant set it up" OK SPRINT there is people in the world with out cards, I've seen it as I work in an industry where we take tons of payments daily...so how do you accommodate those people?? so I hung up and called back spoke to another agent and she was giving me the same speech and refused..I said WOW for $29.64 you guys are sure acting like I owe you $500 (then I'd see the concern) but its $29 dollars and mind you (IN THE PAST sprint HAS set up payment arrangements for me with much MUCH larger amounts owed with no card and no hesitation) So I told the agent it is just $29.64 why are you guys giving me such a hard time, I'd get it if I owed tons more but even then you guys still did it!! they can simply see that on my account...she replies: "well if its $29.64 you should be able to make the payment".... EXCUSE ME?!?! who are you to even SAY or comment that to me you are representing a business who cares if I call for $100 dollars or $5 I simply cant pay it at the moment...im completely and utterly floored that I was told this I have never experienced such behavior/disrespect its unacceptable. I ended up talking to a supervisor and asked him to listen to the call when he could, but he was already shocked at what the agent said to me He then verified my account and AGREED yes you are a cash only paying customer I can set that up no problem..so I spent 3 phone calls for a supervisor to have to interject look at my account & verify everything I have said and set it up? really sprint? it should not be that much of a headache and LET ALONE the absolute disrespect to your loyal customers!!!!!

Absolute scam, once you sign up you cannot, repeat cannot, cancel and thy continue to charge every month. Accounts want you to go to store and the store will send you back to accounts again and again for months, all the while charging you for a service that is unused. In early 2000's Sprint was a great company, but now is just a scam shop. Run as far and as fast as you can from Sprint

Signed up with sprint and got a BOGO for two iPhones. No problems until 3 weeks into my plan. No internet AND super sketchy phone connection. I’m told a tower was down and it should be fixed in 72 hours. I was told I’d be compensated for my time without service. I asked about switching carriers and was told by sprint I can leave since they have a 30 day garuntee. THE CATCH: YOU CAN NOT TAKE YOUR BOGO WOTH YOU. That’s right. The only way sprint can get people to sign up with them for their terrible service is to lock you into their plan that you could technically leave on your own (if you’re willing to pay). AVOID SPRINT LIKE THE PLEGUE.

I am beyond frustrated with Sprint and are almost at the tipping point of leaving for another carrier. We've tried to get our billing figured out ever since we started our phone plan together earlier last year and no one can give us a good explanation of what's been going on. I have been with Sprint for over 10yrs. .What I have noticed the last few months that there are charges on our bill that we never authorized. Bill for 6 lines is 500.00 monthly, amongst all the hidden fees and surcharges it's ridiculous. Every month there are charges on our bill that we never authorized. on top of that terrible customer service usually transfer you from one agent to the next to the next with none of them having any knowledge of what any one has said. You are told one thing in one conversation only to be told something entirely different the next time or that your conversation with the last agent was never documented. I contacted Sprint once before about the price increase in my bill. Nothing was done. They most recent problem , I called to make a payment arrangement I held the line for 1hr:35min and they the supposly supervisor got on line I had to repeat EVERYTHING the agent and I discussed. While I was on hold I stared a web chat and was able to get the assistance I needed. Everything was fine until 7/30. I started a web chat to make adjustments the payment arrangement and Connor advised of the amount that will be drafted , but the total opposite happened my account was hit for 500 when the arrangement was schedule for 200.0 I have proof of the web chat and the amount that will be drafted. Sprint commits fraud and lies to their good customers all the time and charges all kinds of hidden charges. I've never, and can say that confidently, have ever experienced such horrible customer service. Now when I think back to others who have posted similar stories, I know they're not exaggerating one bit.

This company and CEO should be ashamed of the actions of the employees. The network map is a complete lie, the hold times are insane, the employees simply make up any story to get you off the phone, billing guesses on the total charges, technical support is non-existent, supervisors are afraid to take calls, etc. Everyone should direct complaints to:
https://www.fcc.gov/about/contact
If the FCC receives enough complaints maybe something will get done. Sprint needs to stop

Worst experience ever spent three hours last night trynna take part in the offers they have on the Xr get to last screen make a payment and nuthion literally nuthion nobody knows why it’s giving them error why my account has a glitch nuthion no Csr over the phone system glitching the stores service is glitching literally all day just run around total fkn waste of company I just wanna fkn upgrade and add a line I never knew it’ll be this much trouble to give a company your money ??? ???

I have been lied to & taken advantage of by this company.
Free phones??? No... You pay for free.
No contract... Total BS... They make you sign leases for your cellphone... Which never corresponds with the actual deal. They made me sign up for paperless billing to save me money... To overdraft my account every single month. Costed me so much extra in my bank.. out of pocket. Terrible WiFi. Terrible Customer service. No one has a clue of what they're talking about.
Very discouraging.
I would never come back or recommend this company. I feel bad for the people working for them to have to br yelled at every single day by someone new bc of there fraudulent business and lies.
If I could give a negative star I would. Be lucky with 1.??

I would give them a 0 if I could. Boost has no customer service whatsoever. The clerk whom started my service for me typed in the pin number I chose incorrectly. I have NEVER been able to access my account because of it. The only way is to get a text message by phone to get your pin number. My phone is lost and I cannot access it so I have no way to use my phone line that I paid for already. There are zero helpful employees at this company. Do not waste your money on boost products. I bought a reboot card to activate a new prepaid phone as well and the card did not work and no way to get my money back. Boost is TRASH!!!

Absolutely disgusted with Sprint's customer service as well as their third party 'insurance' provider Asurion. Spent DAYS on the phone for literally HOURS at a time...penalized because my husband's phone was stolen. It was stolen on 7/9. Two days later it was recovered. However, the day before it was recovered we had filed a police report and a claim with Asurion and paid an almost 300$ deductible. I called Asurion back to inform them I no longer needed the phone as the original had been recovered. After much argument, they advised me to refuse the package delivery of the replacement phone to receive my reimbursement of deductible, which I did. It is now 7/18. Both Sprint and Asurion have been playing games and telling me that the SIM card cannot be activated. Asurion and Sprint confirmed with Asurion that it was ASURION who DEACTIVATED the SIM card on the original phone. But now they can't reactivate it? Seriously?? LIES. Blatant lies. PLEASE DO NOT USE SPRINT---ABYSYMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOD FORBID YOU HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH ASURION.

If I could rate sprint a 0 I would
I have been a customer for awhile now . And lately sprint has been screwing a lot of people over including me. They have made big mistakes in my bill. My bill just keeps getting higher. And the customer representatives are rude as hell. I Marie G have over 300 people and I will be preparing for a protest against for their high prices, lying to people and many more things. I also have emails from other states that will also do the protest. I am sick of Sprint lying and using false stats. You will lose customers because I will let everyone know.
Thanks Marie G

Boost Moblie is very unprofessional, we bought a new phone and my son gave me his old phone the lady at store asked if we wanted insurance on the new phone and we said yes 3 months later we go to get a replacement phone and come to find out the dumb lady put the insurance on the old phone. We were told to go back to the store where we purchase the phone for them to fix the issue and was told cant be fixed. So I call corporate and was told the same thing. So because one of their store representative messes up the customer has to suffer. Boost Mobile needs to be sued, they suck as a corporation and the do not value their customer's. Unfortunately I have put a star but its actually a big fat zero no stars nfor Boost Mobile!!!!

Must Read!!!!!! Buyer and Lease Holders Beware! My wife and I were completely robbed by the store mangaer (Will) who later on we found out was fired from the company of 16yrs! We have no personal connection with anyone from Sprint in fact we were coming from Verizon as new customers on January 13th, 2018. It was a Sunday and the store manger (Will) told us to come in today because it was the last day of the promotion! The promotion was to be applied to 2 devices (iPhone 10x 256g). The service plan was somewhere around $100 for both phones and the promotion part was 2 device payments of $20 per phone for the 18 month lease program! So to keep everyone aware you are paying a plan/ service rate, device rate, insurance if applied rate, a random Sprint service fee rate they never tell you about, and taxes. Consider everything I just mentioned because its those things that raise the price! Always refer to your summary break down information on your online account (Sprint.com). #Question everything you see!! That January evening my wife and I went to the store in hopes of getting the promotion as new customers! Never happened! We chose both iPhone 10x's 256g at the time and they were somewhere around $1300 per phone. At that time they were the new iPhones! I was told I had to pay the $300 per device to bring it down to an even $1000 per device because that is how the Lease Program is calculated, starting at a $1000. # We paid anything above! So since it was two phones of an additional $300 and change per phone and because it was more then a $1000 I paid $600 to bring them down to an even grand each in order to start the Lease Program, plus the first months payment! Keep in mind only the payment of one phone processed! It was late and the store manager and employees promised us they'd activate the other phone the following day! #I’d still get the deal! I paid that night for both and came the following day to activate the other phone!! Biggg mistake because not only did I realize months later that I never received the promotion I also recently discovered 16 mo's later realizing they deferred one payment to the following month which is bull because now the phones are out of payment line and are not being payed simultaneously together and end on different months on the Lease Program, which eventually becomes one of my latest problems! We were never informed that we were out of the promotion as promised and consequently ended up paying the $41.67 full msrp on both devices per month so total of ($83.34) per month for the entire 18 plus months program! I called the first month and every single month for the entire term complaining and explaining my situation! The store manager and escalation dept. from the store keeps blaming customer service and the escalation with technical support and technical support keeps pointing the finger back at the store! So now technically I did not find out until way later that both my phone and my wifes phone were processed on two different days (Jan 13th and Jan 14th which cost us big time because the promotion couldn't apply to us because of the 14th) which ultimately hurt us because it also landed on two differet months also as billing cycles! They completely botched our whole entire plan and never until this day gave us the promotion as promised! Now we are tied into a cellphone bill paying the highest possible amount you can possibly pay! So I figured you know what if I am going to pay the highest price for the phone then I might as well buy it at the end. Meanwhile every holiday and promotion had passed by and we were stuck in this very heavy high priced plan and it was a very crappy feeling knowing everyone else was on the $20 per device promotion and by the following year the prices have dropped dramatically from the $1300 in our case $2600 because we had two phones plus the $600 I dropped that night when buying them to bring them down a grand each plus months and months of the 41.67 per device so thats 83.34 for both per month cutting down the balance down as we neared the end! I called every single month on these run around phone calls and they can never resolve the issue! The retention departments, customer service technical help, and back to the store manager (the crook)! This has taken a major toll on my wife and I and it doesn't end here hold on wait for the low blow!! Today is July 15th 2019! I called last month in June to resolve the ending of my contract! #To pay the remaining balance! The customer service rep told me that they were going to call me July 3rd to give me the buy out option (they never did) My wifes contract ended in June and mine in July according to their computer! I was explaining to them that this was bull because the phones should have never been a month apart! How unfortunate and misleading this was because the 13th is exactly Sprints cut off date from which months the billing cycle lands on! They never told me this over the entire course! So now I was promised a call back that never happened and one phone is now past its lease term entering the 19th month! Sprint is now saying there is a State Law (NJ) that prohibits anyone who went over their lease to buy out their phone! (Page 3 in the contract) bull crap that wasn’t there when I signed for my phone I absolutely think they updated their contract terms behind everyones backs! Still investigating when that actually took place#They can’t even articulate the Law article number #major lawsuits will be coming!! Yesterday I literally was 1 day off the cut off for the 2nd device I paid the remaining balance of 266. and now my wife's phone they are saying we cannot own!! After paying the entire full balance of the phone after this longggg journey and now we lose our hard earned money we put towards it! They are claiming its theirs! That the only option would be to turn it in or upgrade! This has caused major stress between my pregnant wife and I and Tomarro J the highest supervisor in the retention dept. hung up on me yesterday! The stuff they did to us will never be over with it because it has damaged us severely over a sale the store manager was more focused on then us!! Almost 2 years of hardship! As soon as I own these phones we are leaving the company forever!! It is now one of my life’s goals to get this word out to as many people as possible! This is not an actual law it is a Sprint law to prohibit the purchase of anything exceeding the 18 mo lease! So the only way not to end up in this predicament is to pay your phones off in the 15th, 16th, or 17th month! I would not wait until the 18th because 1 day can ruin your options to buy after you worked so hard and brought your balance down for them to be able to keep your phone! After this review I will be checking The Library Of Congress to see if I can find this so called law and I am calling the Superior Court in the capital of my State to find articulate and written law that has been passed for any/all lease holders that cannot buyout a lease contract passed the date (which they screwed up on in my case) annd most importantly when that law was passed! My contract started Jan13th and 14th 2018! and they can not!! hold me accountable if it was later passed and they switched page 3 on us (in the contract we all have it now) # Beware!!! That is breaking the law and therefore I was grandfathered in the original plan as many years have passed with the Lease Program with the option to buy out!! This is a Sprint law as far as I am concerned and I am now making my way over to a lawyer! As of now my plan has one phone that I paid full retail value for and my wifes phone which she uses for work that they are claiming we can only turn in! #$266 away from owning a $1300 phone!l They are saying we now cannot! This has made us sick and I hope to also reach the regional manager which no one over the phone or at the Sprint store will give me information on!! This is bullcrap and we are all tied into this botched system without any reconcile or reasoning behind anything that has happened and no one is responsible for anything!! This has been the worse experience and I am also writing the Corporate Building! Thx for the agony and any Sprint manager will see allllll the notes documented from all the months we called and complained! Worst system ever!!!! I officially hate you Sprint!!!!

I wish I could give a zero star. I have never felt so frustrated in my life. Writing to the office of the ombudsman now. They really do not know how to hire nor train in this organizations.

I finally left Sprint after two years. Switched to Verizon and it was the best decision I ever made. That’s beside the point. When I went to turn in my phones, I was advised one of them was reported lost/stolen. The phone was physically in my hand. I never reported it lost/stolen. After arguing with their incompetent customer service for two hours my issue was still not resolved. They kept telling me they couldn’t fix it which I know for 100% certainty is a lie being as I was an employee for two years. Kept telling me to go to the store when I knew personally the store didn’t have the ability to fix my issue. I spoke with 3 different people who kept trying to give me the runaround and my issue still hasn’t been fixed two months later. Terrible company to work for, have service through, and deal with. Now I’m being charged $690 on my credit for a phone I can’t turn in because THEY messed up somehow. Next step is an attorney.

Sprint knowingly commits fraud. They tried charging my debit card over 2 thousand dollars for a friends debt. I let my friend use my card to pay their bills as they did not have one. My friend was incarcerated therefore unable to pay their bill. Sprint decides it has the legal right to try charging any card ever used to make any payment in that account. When I called them to request it be removed I was told by a rep and then a supervisor that they couldn’t do that without me giving them the acccount holders PIN number. I advised they most certainly could , they didn’t ask me to provide the PIN number EVER when I called to make payments for them. Nor did they EVER advise me that if I make a payment on someone’s account that I was agreeing to be liable for their debts if they didn’t pay them. I explained over and over that it was fraud and flat out stealing. They could not take payment from my card without authorization for someone else’s debt. They told me they had a clause and an agreement that’s states otherwise. I then explained they had an agreement maybe (I’m not convinced it’s legit) with the account holder. But not once was I made aware. When I asked her to call the automated system and tell me when she tried to process a payment of it asked her for a pin or explained by doing so you are agreeing to allow sprint to charge debts at their free will. I had to explain again this fraud. They are stealing. They do daily. They do not care who’s money they take. They also do not make it known when processing payments that you are setting your self up for them to take your money if they see fit. Supervisor tried telling me again she had no way of accessing said account to remove it without the pin. And that I would just need to close my bank account to prevent them from stealing from me. I then advised I work for a major corporation. I too am a customer service representative. I know full well that she can search for the card . They attempted debit and remove it. If I didn’t need his pin for them to charge my card and then give them “permission for future unauthorized payments “ then I certainly didn’t need it to have it removed. When I mentioned the filing a complaint with the FCC and the fact that this is fraud and stealing. That they commit on a daily basis as there is horror stories just like mine all over the internet . She then determined they could send it over to there payment center via email to have it removed. It so very sad that sprint will rob innocent people. That they allow anyone to call and make payments for accounts not telling them that they could be robbed by them in the future is beyond bad business . It’s unethical. They should be fined and sued. Fortunately for me there was not enough funds and my bank shut my card down for what they determined was fraud. There are plenty of sprint victims who were not so fortunate. Something needs to be done to stop this and hold them accountable
