When I switched over from Verizon I was promised my bill would be a certain amount and all my lines would transfer over with no problems. I have had to spend hours on the phone and at the store working on transferring the lines and getting my bill where they said it was going to be. They fix it for a month then next month I have to call and get it back to where they promised. It has been going on like this for almost six months! The service is horrible too! I can barely call anyone from my own home! I would not recommend Sprint to anyone!

Zero stars. Cancelled my service but because I had signed up for auto withdrawal, they are keeping entire month pre paid minus the 9 days I used. I think this is a FTC faudulent activity so will file a complaint with them too. Sprint is desperate. I switched to T mobile and they are not happy they couldn't keep me but I got a free Iphone and a much better plan and price. Sorry Sprint but you cannot compete. Putting bill ins dispute with my bank too.

They fail to disclose full disclosure of contact. They charge whatever they can get away with. The customer service ranks with Comcast. THE WORST!!!!! They couldn't help me at all. I told them to STOP AUTO PAY, and they text me to verify.
They are VERY unwilling to help or clear up and disputes with billing or any other issues you may be having.
I have hear with my on ears within there store, the complaints about service, product liability and they over all phone service. I should have left then, but didn't.
I would not recommend me Sprint for no communication needs.
Ps, The Customer Services Agents could CARE LESS if you make threat to cancel your services.They are so unhelpful and responsive to customer needs.

I have long since been trying to contact Sprint over this $1,017 debt that is appearing on my credit report for an account I've never held. I have never once been a Sprint customer, and have been sending in letters to them in regards to disputing this balance owed, the only got a returned letter saying I didn't include the Sprint account number. How can I do that if I've never had the Sprint account?? This is insane, trying to get through to a real person who can point me in the right direction and how I can dispute this debt has been a wild goose chase, my sister told me to turn to the Revdex.com website so hopefully this might give me some help! I don't know how Sprint could have done this, but an ex-boyfriend of mine opened a Sprint account in his name, my credit was not good enough anyway to sign the contract, and then he immediately shut the account off when we broke up and was mad that I didn't return the phone to him. This is the only one thing that I can possibly think of that might be the reason for this day, but either way, it is fraudulent because it was never a contract signed with my name, only his, and if my ex-boyfriend walked in there and switched the information to mine, that is committing fraud either way! We were never married, but even at that, Sprint needs to contact me about the step because I've been trying to reach them for some time now over this! This is insane. Every time you call, getting to a real live person is near impossible, at least getting through to a real life person that might know something about disputing balance and stuff like that. The last two people I spoke with over the phone couldn't even figure out what this was for either. Sprint needs to seriously contact me ASAP.

I have been with sprint going on 2 years now and more than likely will be switching carriers. It has been one problem after another since I started the contract. My bill has not been the same amount from month to month I constantly have to call and fix it. I’ve ordered online several times and had phones and phone lines added that I didn’t order. The service itself isn’t anything like they say it is. And now after the countless hours I have spent working with them trying to be patient taking my time to fix there incompetence they are unwilling to work out a payment plan for an additional 5 days after pleading with them I’ve been layed off but will make payment

I switched to Sprint from ATT a couple of months ago and it was the worst mistake I have ever did. I met with the Store Manager and he told me my bill would be around 400 including tax. When I received my first bill it was almost 600.00 and it has went up every single month. I was also told that my phones that I had at ATT would be paid off by Sprint. I received a letter in the mail today from ATT stating I was turned over to Collections for unpaid balances. The Store Manager did nothing he said he was going too. Every single time I visit the store in Elizabethtown, KY it is over an hour wait. It is so exhausting. I have went to the store several times and my issues are still not resolved. Also, the website isn't user friendly at all and doesn't let you delete any changes to your monthly plan, it will only let you add. I do not recommend using Sprint ever. Even though your current cellular service might not be great, I promise Sprint is worse.

Can't get through the tutorial to leave a message. Sprint keeps sending me apps that I can't delete, don't want and don't need .Please make them stop. I may need to change cell service providers. Worst customer service ever. Got threw once and couldn't provide any help. Thanks Mark R

Customer service literally placed me on an uninterrupted hold for over 2 hours while trying to remove a line from my account. The representative kept trying to offer me different accounts. I explained I simply wanted the account removed, that's when the two hour hold began. I initially called to remove one line but will switch carriers for ALL my Lines while I'm hold. No respect for consumers time. Easy fix. Consume somewhere else.

Called ahead of time to make sure they had the part available to repair my phone & was told they did. I told him what time I'd be there & asked if I needed to make an appointment. I was told that they don't do appointments but to just ask for anyone of the repair technicians. After calling an uber & arriving at the time I said I would I was told they didn't have the part. I explained I had called ahead & was told the part was there. The woman told me it must of been used prior to me arriving. Funny since it took me 45 minutes to get there & was told by the technician the repair takes an hour & a half. She said parts can't be held but I could try going to another store or they'll order it & come back in a couple of days. I asked if I could pay the deductible to guarantee the part be held for me & she said no I had to be present in the store. So I asked what sense it made for me to pay more fares driving to other stores & the part can't be held?!?!? Such a huge scam!!!! Pay for the insurance but there's no guarantee they'll have parts to fix your phone!!!

Customer service is telling me that they spoke with the store & were told the part is on back order & they don't know when it'll be in. So the store lied again & said they'd order the part for me & to come back in a couple days. All they want is your money & have no intentions of ever fixing your phone. They only want to upsell you on a service they don't guarantee they'll ever do.
As a resolution they said they'll escalate my issue & be in touch within 5-7 business days. But yet my phone still isn't fixed.

If I could give Sprint 0 stars I would! They are a total scam for your money. We have had sprint for almost 20 years and decide to change our plan without knowledge, raising our family bill to over 940.00 a MONTH!!! There was also a line I had canceled over the telephone and I was told it was taken care of and the line was canceled. That was not true at all we have been paying it for the past 9 months still without realizing it! When I called customers service I could not get anyone that can speak English or someone that did not know what they were doing!!! We had to pay over 2,000 to cancel our sprint account and phone bill. We have gone with Verizon!!! You guys are lucky if we dont get a lawyer involved with your scandals company!!! We were also told by a customer service rep that sprint does not have a corporate! What a bunch of liars. Your company Is super shady and complete crap way to lose customers of almost 20 years !!

My phone was stolen... I have insurance... I can not replace the phone in a SPRINT store... Why? I have to go home and print off a form, sign it, scan it, then send it back to some 3rd party company----- THEN wait until that company gets back to me before SPRINT will talk to me....
I'm done with SPRINT. Service sucks anyways.

I had a very bad experience at the Sprint store at ***, and wrote a negative review or what I feel happened. The Asst manager there read my review, and used my information in their system to find where I worked and wrote TWO very damaging reviews to a point where I almost for fired today!! One you could tell very easily, because they just copied and pasted what I had written but just added my name. The other one which was around the same day and time wrote they had called in and set up an appointment.. Which here at Five Star Chevy, we tape and log everything...I have been here for 12 years, and only got two bad surveys due to circumstances that weren't in my control. MY PRIVACY WAS VIOLATED, PLUS MY CHARACTER, AND REPUTATION WAS DAMAGED ON LINE, AND AT WORK.
