If I could give Sprint 0 stars I would! They are a total scam for your money. We have had sprint for almost 20 years and decide to change our plan without knowledge, raising our family bill to over 940.00 a MONTH!!! There was also a line I had canceled over the telephone and I was told it was taken care of and the line was canceled. That was not true at all we have been paying it for the past 9 months still without realizing it! When I called customers service I could not get anyone that can speak English or someone that did not know what they were doing!!! We had to pay over 2,000 to cancel our sprint account and phone bill. We have gone with Verizon!!! You guys are lucky if we dont get a lawyer involved with your scandals company!!! We were also told by a customer service rep that sprint does not have a corporate! What a bunch of liars. Your company Is super shady and complete crap way to lose customers of almost 20 years !!

My phone was stolen... I have insurance... I can not replace the phone in a SPRINT store... Why? I have to go home and print off a form, sign it, scan it, then send it back to some 3rd party company----- THEN wait until that company gets back to me before SPRINT will talk to me....
I'm done with SPRINT. Service sucks anyways.

I had a very bad experience at the Sprint store at ***, and wrote a negative review or what I feel happened. The Asst manager there read my review, and used my information in their system to find where I worked and wrote TWO very damaging reviews to a point where I almost for fired today!! One you could tell very easily, because they just copied and pasted what I had written but just added my name. The other one which was around the same day and time wrote they had called in and set up an appointment.. Which here at Five Star Chevy, we tape and log everything...I have been here for 12 years, and only got two bad surveys due to circumstances that weren't in my control. MY PRIVACY WAS VIOLATED, PLUS MY CHARACTER, AND REPUTATION WAS DAMAGED ON LINE, AND AT WORK.

Sprint is the most unprofessional, unreliable and misleading phone company I would not recommend them to anyone. I was sold the wrong phones, was overcharged from the second month on and was blessed with long hold times, hung up on, and has representatives reading que cards and not listening. They will not provide you with any cooperate phone numbers for complaints.

I received a call from Sprint about a month ago in reference to lower my cell phone bill by 50 to 100 dollars a month. I received my bill for June and the bill had doubled. I called the corporate office to get assistance and found out I was given false information about this new cell phone deal. My bill was suppose to be between 350 and 400 a month and it was 700. I informed the Sprint Representative and a supervisor name Bella and she inform me I had to return the ipads if I wanted to lower my bill. I informed her that the Sprint Representative did not tell me all the information pertaining to the cost of the monthly ipads and there was no note in reference to the new lower bill each month. Also, was charged double for the monthly bill for the two new Apple XR phones in the bill. This was very unprofessional and it should had been handled in a better way. Do not trust Sprint Representative who call you to offer a deal with your cell phone.

After only 10 months of owning this sprint ZTE mobile hot spot, the battery swelled up so much it popped the back off the unit. I took it into the store only to be told I will have to call customer service to cancel and pay $84 since I still had 14 months on my lease and then I can get another one. She also told me her hot spot did the same thing and you cannot get another battery since this one is glued into the unit and cannot be replaced. I am sitting here thinking why would I want another one when it might explode before I notice it. I called the customer service to just cancel and I voiced my concern over safety and how it may explode only to be told to just throw it away. I advised them that I know you cannot dispose of batteries like this in the trash so she put me on hold again and told me to take it back to their store and they will dispose of it but I had to pay the $84 before they would dispose of it or cancel my recurring bill. I work for a great company that takes all safety matters seriously and so I am a little concerned that they just shrug off my concern for safety and tell me to just throw away a lithium battery in the trash. This concerns me like the Samsung phones that caught fire. Wow!

If I could rate Sprint -0 I would. Ive been a sprint customer for over 10 years and for the past 3 years their service has gotten worse by the day. I have 7 lines with them. People with cricket and straight talk service have better service than me, ive reach out to them because I lose money every single day, ive reach out to them and not once have they apologized agents have told me that 95% of my calls for all my lines are drop or fail and that they will submit tickets to fix the outage and call me back within 24 hours this has happen like 10 times yet service never works and that call back never happens. Ive tried to leave them and ive been told I have to pay over 3K to leave them I cant just return their phones not once have I received a discount or anything on top of that they always have extra charges every month for different counties and surcharges. DO NOT MOVE TO SPRINT! I plan on taking legal actions, I have recorded calls and chats.

Sprint has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with in the past. They lie about what they will do to rectify an incorrect bill. All I did was call to make a billing cycle change and instead of charging me for a prorated amount for the old billing cycle, the doubled my bill for the month of June. Still trying to get the matter straight after calling about 3 times already. After talking to customer service, they said they will fixed the problem and call me back on a certain date but
when they call my phone does not ring and they leave a voicemail. I told them about this problem and asked if I can call the one who is working on the problem directly and they said they have no extension to be reached directly. I am frustrated with Sprint. Sprint is NOT even worth ONE star.

I recently exchanged my S9+ for the Note 9. After a few days my texts weren't sending out and incoming texts were taking hours. A few days later my phone stopped getting calls. When people would try to call me it would go straight to voice mail. I spent several hours on the phone (on hold) with Sprint "customer service", who kept apologizing, but did nothing to help. I was transferred from Indonesia to Oklahoma to BFE only to have to tell the story again and again. After the second day the ever-helpful "customer service" person scheduled an appointment for repair. I went to the store for my appointment and was told that that particular store didn't do repairs! I went to another store, across town, and spent 3 hours standing there waiting for my phone to be fixed. The Sprint "customer service" lady finally came out and said they couldn't find the problem and that I needed to call Sprint sales to get the phone warranty and get a new one. So, I left the store and drove 25 miles back home and called, only to be told that I needed to go back to the store to get the phone switched! The next day I went back to the store (I don't live in the same town) and spent ANOTHER 6 hours waiting for my phone to be switched out. Guess what? IT STILL DIDN'T WORK! The Sprint tech guy had to create a ticket and escalate the issue. This morning my phone finally started working. I spent the week without phone service and spent hours and hours on the phone and in the store trying to get help. I called then back to ask about a credit for the time my phone wasn't working and a hold recording said "we see you've called in several times in the post few days. Please be aware that financial services follow the same guidelines,so there will be no need for you to call back." !! Are you kidding me? When I asked about a credit for the time my phone wasn't working I was told the credit came up to $2.88! I've been with Sprint for 16 years, but with every cell company offering to buy out lines to switch, I have a feeling I'll be done with their second-rate "customer service" and coverage.

A bunch of liars; from store sales reps to customer care mangers. Sales rep told me my promotion will last 2 years. They changed up my promotion to some other promotion after 1 year which cost me more. Customer care and manager said they can't do a thing about it. Customer service care and its managers are so rude and will do nothing. Their service slow down a lot after 6 months and starting to get missed calls, dropped calls and a lot of non-service area locally. Don't buy Sprint. They are liars and sucks.

They got one because I couldn't post without a ratings. ZERO is too high of a rating for this ABSOLUTE WORST CARRIER! I switched to SPRINT in April and that was the worst mistake EVER! My bill was higher than what they had promised by $60.00. I was suppose to have received gift card totaling $300.00, Haven't yet received $3.00 and the icing on the cake is that we have NO cell reception in my home! I have called on several time(5+) been kept on hold for over an hour every single time; spoken to lying, incompetent ies who claim to be a supervisor located somewhere on Mars since you can barely understand what the hell they are saying and have been promised some device that will improve cell reception in my home! This has been going on since end of April! Each time I call and speak to some buffoon, I'm promised to receive the device with in 5-7 days and would receive a call from the same ie I was speaking with on day 7 to make sure every single time. I have not yet received a phone, nor a call from their customer service.. Yet they continue to collect the monthly payment from my account!
I had always believed the Revdex.com is a reliable and truthful source of information for the consumers. On what basis are they giving these bunch of thieves an A+ rating?!?! Kick back from Sprint for the absolute DISHONEST rating from Revdex.com? I can't see any other reason as to why you'd rate a business with an A+ ratings when they're not getting any more that one star from their consumers?!
