They got one because I couldn't post without a ratings. ZERO is too high of a rating for this ABSOLUTE WORST CARRIER! I switched to SPRINT in April and that was the worst mistake EVER! My bill was higher than what they had promised by $60.00. I was suppose to have received gift card totaling $300.00, Haven't yet received $3.00 and the icing on the cake is that we have NO cell reception in my home! I have called on several time(5+) been kept on hold for over an hour every single time; spoken to lying, incompetent ies who claim to be a supervisor located somewhere on Mars since you can barely understand what the hell they are saying and have been promised some device that will improve cell reception in my home! This has been going on since end of April! Each time I call and speak to some buffoon, I'm promised to receive the device with in 5-7 days and would receive a call from the same ie I was speaking with on day 7 to make sure every single time. I have not yet received a phone, nor a call from their customer service.. Yet they continue to collect the monthly payment from my account!
I had always believed the Revdex.com is a reliable and truthful source of information for the consumers. On what basis are they giving these bunch of thieves an A+ rating?!?! Kick back from Sprint for the absolute DISHONEST rating from Revdex.com? I can't see any other reason as to why you'd rate a business with an A+ ratings when they're not getting any more that one star from their consumers?!

I’m currently deployed and sprint told me my phone plan was on hold until the end of my deployment and that I would keep my phone number and nothing would change now here I am 8 months later getting ready to head back stateside and I have a collection notice from sprint for 759$ for my phone plan that they never put on hold or tried to contact me about So I’m completely done with them after this

I started my service with Sprint 12/2016. I had upgraded our phone in December 2017. I was told that once the lease is up I can either 1. Return the Phone, Upgrade or go to another carrier. With 3 phones that I have I was given a promo of 1/2 off of each phone. Now that the Lease is over. I am being told that I owe an additional 6 months. I spoke with very RUDE representatives and was told that they would only look at the contract and not the people that I spoke with at the store or the records of calls. This is not the 1st time that I have had an issue with Sprint Corporate or Customer Service. There was NO empathy. He just stated that he was only going to enforce the contract and there would be no investigation into the situation. To me the additional 6 months of payments in basically me paying back the discount that I was given for the 3 phone lines. The last representative was from Escalated Customer Service and since I am not able to leave a Transaction ID I would like to get a response from Sprint Corporate. Also, in the last 10 months the Cell Service has been HORRIBLE! I cannot drive down the street without the phone going into Roaming and losing the call. I am told that it is the phone. But, friends that have the same phone but different service are able to make calls if we are standing right next to each other.

I signed a contract with Sprint on 4/4/2019, 4gb’s unlimited text and calling $25.00 plus $15.00 phone insurance. First bill $42.47 which was correct. The following month I was being billed $137.16. I called customer service three different times to straighten out my account which I finally believed was successful. My payment is done by auto pay/credit card AM. My payment was due 06-04-19, on 06-03-19 a payment was charged to my account for $137.16. They promised me a payment of $42.47 Would be applied to my auto pay acc.they lied. A employee in customer service said that my account was changed by a store employee from 4gb’s to 40gb’s the following month of my contact which was done without my permission nor did I ask anyone to change my plan. I am 65 years old and use my phone to keep in touch with family and friends...I choose Sprint because of their special, $25.00 a month with auto pay and because I’m on a fixed income. also there was a application filed for a student loan using my information without my permission. I own a iPhone 8 Plus I did not need a loan or a phone. What Sprint employees did was wrong. This problem has caused me a great deal of anxiety and depression...they kept sending me statements, at least 6 of them for the $137.16 and threatening to discontinue my service when my payment wasn’t even due yet. I closed my account on 6-4-19 and picked Cricket as my new phone provider. I am waiting to receive my credit from Sprint

Sprint is scam crap service and high bills with unusual charges which nobody knew why? Their franchises is the worst stores like Brightstar wireless they will screw you over and won’t take care of any responsibility even if it’s their fault. They make their employees post false advertisement on social media and bug you in direct messages. They lie about surveys and the worst part is they bluntly ask you to put 10/10 in there! Also they take pictures of your IDs,Their customer service don’t known much English they make money out of people misery you pay more and get less with sprint.

Sprint in General worst company ever, don't have an idea of what customer service is I paid for a couple of phone and had asked them to make sure and unlock them, after a few months I realize that the phones were never unlocked I call Sprint customer service to have them unlock they created a case and they were suppose to get unlock with in 24-48 hours, after that the phones were still not unlock, had to call back again same story, had to call them a 3rd time on same issue and guess what the phones are still not unlock

I wish there was a 0 to put for stars. Sprint has been the absolute worst cellphone company I have ever used. My bill each month gets higher and higher with no changes. They have removed my auto pay cancelled one of my phone lines, added the line back. I have to call each month when I get the bill stay on the phone an hour to get the issue resolved after I speak with about 4-5 different people until I get to a supervisor! SPRINT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

they continue to try and charge $409 on my husbands card even though he cancelled over a year ago. they will not let it go. we do not owe them this money and cancelled that charge card. also when we did have them the customer service stinks---you can never reach anyone when you have a problem

If I could give Sprint 0 stars I would. I have been a Sprint customer since 2009. Due to the lack of professionalism, customer service and integrity we called and cancelled our service.
Here I am after numerous attempts 30 days after canceling and speaking with 3 different supervisors due to erroneous errors on their part, my account is still not closed! I am being billed for a service we no longer use because we have switched carriers. All I want to do is cancel and retried my devices! Be AWARE of Sprint. I have written a letter to their headquarters.

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Nothing but lies on lies I have given them thousands of dollars and been lied to more times than I can count. I dropped them after being lied to over a preorder that I never received not to mention never had service EVER. Was told sprint was going to take my remaining balance without my permission but when it came down to it they claimed they were sending me to collections, I was told by multiple reps I could set up a payment plan. I agreed to putting $400 down then they turned around and charged me $1200 UNAUTHORIZED which led to my bank closing my card. Spoke to corporate and all they had to say to me was it’s my fault for believing the lies I was told by their representatives. I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life and I think sprint should be held accountable for their lies. I am not the only one this has happened to by any means!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are thieves!!!! If you plan on switching dont. They have the worst customer service and will avoid giving your money back and your calls and complaints after the within day return service. (once you figure out their service sucks). Trust me, I rarely complain about a company but this was worth my time to inform others out there that believe they are getting a good deal. you're not!
